Old but Gold!
Glad I came accross this drama while thinking what to watch with the new ones. Here is what I can say with my fav and annoyed characters.
Kang Keum Pah - what I hate about her is her revenge on her husband. But eventually it was redeemed by being a headstrong woman she become and always helping her family especially her youngest sister Eun Pah.
Noh Yun Tek - love his character. He was such a martir. He loves Eun Pah unconditionally. Sadly their love didnt fully develop.
Kang Eun Pa - hate her for hurting Yun Tek but then eventually pity her then later loved her even if she has many lies throughout the drama. I cried a lot because of what she had been thru.
Nah Jang Soo - admire him, love his character especially when she embrace his wifes past. And standing for her from his parents.
Jin Jung Han - hate him for his infidelity and for not standing for his wife infront of his annoying mom. If I where her wife I would never forgive him.
Nah Aeri - hate her from the start. But on her last days on this drama she redeem herself by not spilling the beans to her family regarding Eun Pah’s secret. She chose to keep silent for her love to her brother.
Overall I gaved this series a 10/10.
The drama ended beautifully by putting the characters to its right places.

Cute But Confusing
It was cute and sweet but not very realistic. The male lead character with OCD and barely with no lines. When he did speak he had one or two word sentence. If they should have had the female lead character know sing language that way we could see how she communicated with him. They seem to read each others mind which was a miracle. The female lead character love to talk and I did not liked how they made her clumsy and stupid but yet she was award a scholarship to go to an over sea university. I think that made her smart. The first 10 episodes is how they like each other but won't admit it. There was a little to much push and pull game but once they got together they show great chemistry and romantic. The male lead really liked to kiss her but very few words. I did not like the ending. Was it a dream or was it real? Do they get together or do they separate and later get together? Does question were left in my mind. The other characters were also thrown it and out and made it confusing. It is short and cute so give it a try. The actor do a good job in there performance. The writer should have done a better job.Was this review helpful to you?
Same Story Line As "You Are My Destiny"
It is a cute story but it is the same story line as "You Are My Destiny". The lead actors are good and their chemistry was not bad. The other characters do keep me intrigue also. So many other drama are base in this same story line. There are so many version from different country's. I felt entertained until the last few episodes. The story linger for so long that it becomes boring. I was not happy with the ending because to me it was not finalized. This could have been a shorter drama. the message that it was sending was also very interesting. She is so in love and is patient waiting for his love, But there is a point that us girl said enough is enough and we don't wait anymore even if we are still in love. I really related to that. I still find it cute and I really liked the lead characters and the rest of the characters in the drama. The actors did a great job in there performance and I liked the chemistry. Was this review helpful to you?
Very engaging, but disappointing ending.
I have to say the strongest parts of this drama are the acting and writing. There are some great performances by the talented ensemble cast and the writing is very good with a few minor implausibilities. The drama is fast paced and keeps you at the edge of your seat. You grow to care for the characters and feel for them when they face tragedies. There are some strong messages of compassion and responsibility for your fellow man in the face of the most horrifying circumstances and how those circumstances changes the contestants for good or evil. The drama seemed to be going in a good direction, but suddenly derailed with some plot twists that changed the perceptions I had already formed based on the previous episodes. I felt disappointed and manipulated. ML seemed to have a split personality. He was irresponsible and apathetic in the outside world, while compassionate and protective in the game. The over the top violence and gore may not be suitable for some viewers.. I guess it adds a certain sensationalism to the drama and attracts younger viewers given its Hunger Games qualities.
Guest performances by Lee Byung Hun and Gong Yoo give the show an even greater star power and their performances notable, albeit small. I wouldn't be surprised if this show has a second season. The last episode seems to set it up that way. However, I am not sure wether I want to continue on with this story based on its wrap up.

Mature show ... Love it
When i say "mature" i mean that the characters didnt act like children, arguing without listening and crying every minute. That can get old quick. There wasnt any of the normal "misunderstandings" that isnt cleared up until the end. There wasn't a rabbit chick after him, using every underhanded trick to get him. No mental breakdowns that caused a year(s) break up.The only complaint is that there shouldn't have been a second male lead. Poor thing was domed from the start.
This show is about a woman that meets a man. Man and woman has prior disagreement and dislikes each other. Their get together isnt realistic, but when they do, you can see that they can last. They are easy going and flows with it.
My favorite part of the show are the characters and how much they grow to trust one another. I especially like thst he isnt the greatest at everything. She laughs at him a lot and poke fun at him just like a real person would. Even the supporting roles were mature and realistic (maybe not the owner of the museum)
He doent save her from a robbery or a knife fight but he helps her to be able to join her two worlds and live comfortably. He comes with his own issues but i love how she show concerns without juding him. Her asking him to draw her is such a romantic part.
This show was better than expected. To think, I actually jumped it like 10xs. Im glad i finally watched it.

Excellent but Heartbreaking
Wow, this drama is intense. They do not flinch from portraying the brutality of mental and physical bullying in the South Korean military. It's based on a webtoon by Kim Bo Tong, who was a DP when he did his mandatory military service. It's only six episodes, and Jung Hae In and Koo Kyo Hwan were excellent as the DPs. Another phenomenal performance was given by Jo Hyun Chul (the brother of rapper Mad Clown), who played soldier Cho Seok Bong. Such a gut-wrenching, raw performance that had me reaching for the tissues. This drama and his character make me worry about the softer-hearted guys who have to serve, the ones who are not big and brawny and able to better protect themselves like a number of K-pop idols but also normal citizens who serve alongside them. Was this review helpful to you?
Good drama, issue with ending
Enjoyable show even if it did take me a long time to finish it. I will say I'm forever going to be upset that the writers evidently changed their minds about the romantic endgame for Deok Sun partway through the production because the flash-forwards to the future husband had a seeming personality transplant partway through. I feel like that's because they started out with one person in mind and changed their minds later on. While I like the character and actor of who ended up with Deok Sun, I'm going to always be not happy that it didn't go the other way.Was this review helpful to you?
A nice one-time watch drama with insight about Chinese prosecutors (obviously glamorised version)
A nice drama, very insightful, good enough to get a superficial idea of how the hand of law & prosecution works in China. Worth one-time watch, enjoyable. But, BUT.... Just like any other Chinese drama, the characters are a bit stiff and one-tracked fr sm reason.
The Male lead is not that great but OK, His acting skills r a bit sub-par.
I like the female lead (actually at first I thot I might not lyk her but ended up liking her a lot anyways).
THE SECOND FEMALE LEAD IS IRRITATING AS HELL SPECIALLY TO THE NICEST GUY IN THE DRAMA.. She should be thankful to the lord that she wasn't my sister or gf or any woman within 10mile radius. Every dialogue of her makes me smack her so bad in the back of her head that her stupid brain would fall right Outta her ugly head.
Rest of the drama, worth watching.

Very Light & Fluffy.
Is the story rich and complex? No. Frankly I'm not even sure what he does for work.BUT! If you don't care about all the details and you just want a really cute story with a fair bit of laughs than this is the story for you. Also, I wasn't bored once they got together. I was really curious how they would be together.
To be honest, the ML did some bold/direct things in this drama. Things I have wished would happen in other dramas but because of his social disorder he doesn't really care what others think (besides the FL obviously) and he just does what he wants to do. I love that he's not at all shy about things. He's very matter of fact. Blushing does not exist for this ML.
I did skip around a little but never the main couple. They were too interesting to watch. The ML was unpredictable. Would he be cold/unemotional (because of his disorder) or would he randomly do something very sweet?
Would Recommend - only for a quick, "I don't know what else to watch" drama
Not Re-Watch Material. The ending left me with too many questions.

Typical drama. Nothing new and exciting but fairly entertaining
This is your typical high school, er college, drama. A lot of silly fights, misunderstandings, etc. I've seen better but I've definitely seen worse. I was entertained by it so it was good for something, I suppose! I'm giving the cast a 10 because I think the actress who plays her friend Yiyi (I think that's her name) is absolutely gorgeous. The rest of the show is watchable. I have to come up with some more to say to make this hit five hundred characters but can't think of anything else. Hopefully this will do that truck and I can post it.Was this review helpful to you?
A cutesy love story good enough to pass time..
Storywise, not that complicated. We have here a ML with traumatic past that caused him to see only in black and white. He met FL while they were still young and again when they were older. She literally brought colors into his life, as I've said, they have a cutesy love story. As for the conflicts, its unbelievably unrealistic. Like their big fight is so shallow even in full for a RomCom. Their big fight was abour the ML not telling FL that he can see colors on her.
Casting was ok, but secondary characters were uninteresting. Skipped a lot of flash back and too long slowmo. If you're still interested, go ahead, it has a happy ending.

started better than it ended .. a shame
ok so i tried to go into watching this with no expectations but was hard due to the hype it was getting , but regardless i gave it a watch and i did really enjoy it at first , however towards the final few episodes it started to lose its momentum - for me personally. i think the final episode was awful tbh… i hate how the police guy was just killed by his bro with no explanations, his story was acc the most interesting tbh but they wasted a good opportunity with his storyline, also i hate how ali was made to be so gullible in the show, altho maybe im biased since he was my fave character. none of the plot - except the old man’s connection to the game - surprised me at all , i never felt i was on the edge of my seat unsure of what will happen next cuz its all pretty obvious , regardless it was a nice watch and it does deserve to be given such a great attention, just a shame how rushed the ending seemed , i understand the ending dont get me wrong, i just think it sucked lolanyways, the acting was incredible though! it made me keep going regardless of the boringish plot

Best supporting actress
Though Stephanie seems older than her role of Double, she redeemed herself with excellent skills, She is such a great actress that she looked so natural with the character. For me she's definitely the best supporting actress for the year. JoeMa started rather badly with his exaggerated false bravado...maybe comedy is not his core competence. But when Duncan toned down after realising his lack of sincerity it got better. This drama series is really worth watching. I agree about the inaccurate reference to the Malaysian culture and social practices. Writer needs better research.
