both drama hold the same feeling to them showing the passage of time and the importance of the relationships we create during our lives. the light in your eyes tends to be more lighthearted and fun but memory doesnt lose in terms of being heartwarming. Family plays an important role in both drama. And you will probably cry while watching them.

Hmmm..... we're should I start (?) this is my first time doing this because I can't believe no one felt the same yet ...the drama genres are different, in kg.. the family is getting together and bonding due to some unfortunate events... and in memory, the mc got diagnosed with Alzheimer's... so he is trying to complete his unfinished jobs .. and getting closer to his family after concentrating on his job as a successful attorney... both are heartwarming, full of feels , and sad .... it is also bittersweet in a way ... I am certain that if you like one of those two titles and especially the family part , you'd love the other one !!
( please not memory is a k drama)

The main characters in both dramas are corrupt lawyers that do dirty work for bad guys. But then, suddenly they have to go through some sad and shocking experiences, that make them realise what is really important and they decide to become a better person for the sake of their beloved ones.

The main difference is that W2L has fantasy elements. But apart from that there are many similarities between these touching dramas.

Both are centred around a main character with Alzheimer's and the impact it has on their family and friends. Both are beautiful and heart warming.

they both have that overprotective selfish parent that cares more about their "reputation" than their kid or other people..

I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

While I was watching Montage, I was reminded of Memory by how they both lost there kid in an accident and the heart ache they felt when the statute of limitations was near...
Granted they are different in a lot of things, but both are so heartbreaking...

I haven't started Memory yet but based on the description is sounds very similar too remember, both have main leads who suffer from Alzheimer and try to fight for their cases

the background and circumstances of both male leads is kinda really similar.. I really don't want to give spoilers, so I'll add, besides the Alzheimer, they are both "bad" lawyers and they both lost a family member...

Both of the main characters have Alzheimer's disease, they both keep fighting to serve a purpose, they both mainly center around family. They both are trying to value the memories trying hard for them not to fade away.

Memory doesn't have the amnesia plot but the main character is suffering from amnesia. He is also a high shot lawyer like the new leaf hero. But the main similarity is how they are trying to make amends to their past decisions and their character growth. Anyway, my rating of memory is a little better than that of "A new leaf'.

Both drama deal with Alzheimer's disease and its impact to the patient and their surroundings. They both focus on the emotional impact along with relationships before and after the diagnosis. While Memory focuses more on familial love, A Thousand Days' Promise deals with more romance.
