Eternal Love (2017)

Boss & Me got me started on my love for Mainland dramas which lead to finding Xianxa through Zao Zanilia's Journey of Flower through to Eternal Love.

Both dramas feature male leads who are powerful and cold to start of with but when they fell for the female lead they never deviated. Ye Hua and Feng Teng were the definition of 'Laser-focused'... there wasn't even a hint of a chance for the female love rivals (not that I felt at all sorry for either)

They both acknowledge the romance and couple up very early on, none of this dragging out will they-won't-they business and work through their problems with varying degrees of maturity and success. Both happy endings too. You will fall for both dramas OTPs like a ten-ton brick.

Fabulous chemistry and solid acting. Yang Mi and Zhao Zanilia are both adorable and beautiful and most importantly THEY CAN ACT. Mark Chao is also specially amazing.

Those put off by CGI don't be, its inconsequential and the plot and characters will be what you care about. I've got to say though EL had better cast of characters (It seems like there are hundreds but I loved all of them) than Boss & Me. I watched both dramas twice each now and will probably watch EL again in the near future.

First, both dramas are like fantasy romance. Both drama have a kinda like a revive theme. Both are really good dramas.

-Dilraba is stars as a Nine-tailed fox in both
-Both are heart-wrenching xianxias
-Female protagonists are Nine-tailed Foxes in both
-Female leads with unconditional love, always sacrificing for & protecting their lovers
-Strong female protagonists that go through hell to sacrifice for/protect their lovers
-Misunderstandings created by decisions taken by leads to protect the other

Both fantasy stories. Both are played by talented actors and actresses. Both are romance dramas. Both tell a love story full of struggles. . Both have a happy ending. Both tell the meaning of friendship, and true love.

Similarities:

- ML is crazy in love with FL,
- pretty costumes,
- there's a child in both stories

The Flame's Daughter and Eternal Love (TMOPB) give off the same vibes. Both are fantasy dramas with elements of romance. In TMOPB almost all cast are immortals and in Flame's Daughter, Yin Xue is Immortal. They both have evil tribes fighting for power. All the supporting cast of TMOPB are there in Flame's Daughter. So, feeling a bit nostalgic? Go ahead and watch this new series.

A lovely story, with angst, misunderstanding, and great love. Super enjoyable. Happy end is guarantee.

The male lead is super cute.

FL married to the ML and concubine who is loved and trusted by the authority figure over all of them constantly first marries in as a concubine wanted the ML to make the ML love. The ML lets her know he will never love er. Cold, distance ML falls in love with FL first and chases the FL who falls in a slow burn romance. way.

It is almost the same name the only thing is that one of them said the ledgendary school.

Series of Love, loss and betrayal. Amazing acting, characters and main plot. Main leads relationships are heartfelt and emotional to the core. As the story unfolds you cant help to not fall in love with this drama.

They are both period dramas with lovely misunderstandings and heartbreaks that will make you cry and afterwards you will be wandering around to find a drama to replace this one!
