watch if you like short and light hearted romcoms
the chemistry, flow, and plot were all great! it was so hard for me to move on from this series when i first watched it bc of yuri and youngkwang's chemistry. there are only a few dramas where everything is balanced, and this drama is one of them. i still think about how great it would've been if this series were longer. there are gonna be a few characters that annoy and probably even disgust you from time to time, and there are also a few moments (esp in the first few episodes) that are a bit cringy, so just skip those parts lolenjoy!!! :)

good enough if you don't have anything to watch.
overall this is a short enjoyable drama. I personally finished it in one sitting and was satisfied.it is perfect if you are not sure about what to watch next or if you feel you are in a slump.
I want to preface that this show shouldn't be taken too seriously otherwise red flags will start start appearing left and right.🤣
there is literal sexual harassment in the office!!
as a form of pure entertainment it does its job decently.
PLOT: oh go has been single for a year. her life is not perfect and when her ex boyfriend becomes her new boss things get worse, but in the same office someone else has been watching over her for a long time...
will there be a love triangle? or even a square?😏
the drama:
this is a reverse harem basically. everyone in this drama is in love In love with our main lead which in some cases makes sense but not so much in others.
I was enjoyinging specifically the young toy boy going after go oh but the drama made him a terrible guy and this plot line felt superfluous at the end.
I would have loved for her to have some "brainless fun" but our girl is a ride or die (rightfully so😅) type.
the other 2 main love interests are good enough to keep you entertained even though they felt a bit flat as characters.
the "bossy" boss was a man child unable to express himself and only capable of yelling at his supposed "beloved" junior.
the other one was a self piting ex boyfriend finding the courage to make things right only when he smells another guy in the vicinity of oh go.
as said before, it's better to take this drama as silly, because If we start thinking real hard, I don't feel any of them was a perfect match. I'd rather pick the old manager who behaved like an adult 😅😅. he was calm. funny and understanding.
the plot:
there is none to be honest. this is just a rom com about a girl choosing a guy.
the execution:
I didn't find the dialogues particularly brilliant. in honesty, I found them quite bad and boring at times. there is nothing really memorable in this drama.
the worst:
the part I hated the most is the mother. I am sick and tired of Korean mothers treating their daughters like less then and treating their adult sons like poor little angels who can do no wrong and deserve everything.
I feel there wasn't a satisfying resolution for this part. sure, the mother stood by her daughter side in some occasions but that doesn't make it up for everything else in my opinion.
the romance:
the main couple was still cute, the actors had good chemistry.
CONCLUSIONS:
watch it to spend some brainless time in case of need.😅

trigger warning for woman harassed at workplace
This show should carry a trigger warning for women who have been sexually harassed at the workplace. Just because men are beautiful doesn’t make it ok for them to relentlessly pursue a woman at work. And one of them is a repellant character so that’s even worse. The show carried by the amazing charisma and beauty of the main stars but in real life it would be a nightmare for the woman involved.
Korean mean don’t have a good reputation among Korean women and this show provides clues as to why that might be.

I liked this drama very much just because of the romance. It made my love of Kim Young Kwang higher!! I loved him on pinocchio tho! :D
I will re-watch it some years later, of course!
And the story is sad and cute and funny too.

The plot consists of a reverse harem (multiple males liking one female lead) and some people could get easily offended from this drama by the way. If you don't think about it too much, you might enjoy this drama but a lot of the male leads are a bit forceful. I noticed some of the the other viewers didn't enjoy this drama as much as me because they said the male leads seem to force their feelings on her, she got kissed but she didn't allow it, they would court her when she rejected them, etc etc. But it seems like most people tend to have that problem with Asian dramas, if that's person is you, you might want to avoid this drama. I don't have that problem so... I liked it.
I love how direct the female lead was with her feelings. She didn't avoid the situation and she would confront them with her feelings. She does have her flaws, but I understood her a lot. I understood why she couldn't forget her ex-boyfriend, because she did love him. She is pretty, she has a lot of people who ends up liking her, but she is not perfect--and not anyone else in the drama either.
I would definitely recommend this drama to friends if they want a cute drama. It's been a while where I found myself rooting for both of the actors, because I came to like both of them.

This was short sweet and totally adorable show. I wish they would make more like these. There were no extra fillers, the story was focused, cute and interesting.
I really liked the grouchy bad tempered hero and for a change an innocent and lovable heroine. She was naive yet not dumb or stupid.
This was definately a feel good mood boosting drama. I finished it in one go as I could not stop.
Overall a must watch for the romantics and people who are feeling low. It will certainly cheer you up.

Out of Style?
I think if I watched this in 2016 I would have been pleased but the actions of the characters are so out of date that they’re now lame to me instead. I only watched 6 episodes and I did laugh a bit so it’s funny but I started getting uncomfortable at the non consensual kiss in episode 4 and the creepy guy who gave the kiss. I kept the fact that it was 2016 in mind but the way it was glossed over and how she acted around him after that was bizarre to me. It felt like I would wish I could get my time back if I finished it so I stopped. It feels like I’ve seen the show before in other old shows I’ve watched if you know what I mean. There isn’t much to miss. Also her mom? Ew? The good bad mother is a better mom.Was this review helpful to you?
Binge-worthy
It is a great, light hearted rom-com. It doesn't drag and will keep your interest. I liked how the female lead was funny and had a foul temper. Team Leader Kang is awesome. He is so fierce and at the same time is completely smitten. She has no idea. The ex-boyfriend shows back up in her life as her new team leader and has no idea why she is having such a problem with it.Next, comes the playboy newbie. He leaves no doubt what he wants. The best line in the series is after she tells him that he just doesn't excite her. "Sleep with me one time and you will be excited." Then he touts his skills and thinks that she will fall for him.
Add two more men who adore her. The middle-age chubby worker who has a heart of gold and is a dedicated family man and the older guy who just wants to have some fun.
She is baffled that she now has all these choices.

If you like a quick and satisfying romance
Quick and easy to enjoy. Highly recommend as a light, effervescent romance series. Especially when you need a good romance without trauma or overdone intrigue. The characters are interesting and while this is only 4 episodes, their personalities are complex enough to not feel like a brainless interlude. Great series to cleanse the palate without dryness or boredom. Was this review helpful to you?
Deja Vu???
This is was my second time watching this drama because I thought I hadn't watched it before. I spent the first few episodes wondering where I had seen Kim Young Kwang in a leading or supporting role before... and it was this drama. I feel so stupid, not only because I forgot, but because I was essentially half way done with the drama before I figured it out. So that's kind of my break down. The rom-com abstract of this drama is great. Fantastic casting, good chemistry, and tsundere for dayyys. But the plot is anything but memorable. Highly re-watchable, though. Obviously. Lmao. Was this review helpful to you?
