Bouth dramas are focused on students which love music and on obstacles by achieving their dreams...
the story-line is just like dream high but dream high is light where as what's up holds some heavy moments.
anyway I recommend this one to anyone who loves musical dramas!!!!

Ensemble drama with fleshed-out characters and the power of friendship? Check.
Gorgeous cinematography and soundtrack? Check.
A cast of talented and (relatively) new actors/singers? Check.
Youthful indie vibe and the joy of music and dreams in a school setting? Check.
Touching, heartwrenching, and sure to leave a lasting impression? Check, check, check...

Both drama are school related dramas and both involve people whose passion is music. Also both have kpop idols staring-Big Bang's Daesung for What's Up! and B2ST's Junhyun for Monstar
Highly recommended for Jo Jung Suk's fans. If you can't get enough of Eun Shi Gyung in K2H, you can try this What's Up drama. You can see a very different side of him. While he acts as a serious & follow the book type in K2H, you can see his cuteness and funny side in WU. And also for those who are despair with what happen with Eun Shi Gyung in K2H, you should watch WU as he has a better ending there. You can also listen to his singing which imho is quite amazing.
They both involve a group of students attending a school, learning to live and work together to achieve there dreams. While What's Up doesn't have any fantasy elements, I found that there were similar levels of intrigue, people keeping secrets from each other, trying to discover the past. I enjoyed both immensely.
