HIStory: Obsessed (2017)

Both of these dramas revolve around a couple getting into an accident. Afterwards, one of them is sent into the past and tries to stay away from their loved one in order to prevent the accident from happening.

Similar type of story and both Taiwanese! I definitely recommend checking it out!

Centered around love, and having the courage to love someone unconditionally. After watching this show, it made me think of Obsessed and a few other shows. The way love gives courage and helps to overcome fear of rejection.

Similarities are both dramas are BL and Time travel dramas.

Differences :
history 1 is Taiwanese drama . time travel is accidental . and already established relationship between MLs before time travel

Be my favorite is Thai drama ML actually want to travel to past to make changes and win FL's heart but instead develops relationship with his rival in love ML.

In HIStory: Obsessed...there are two storylines playing out here...one like a dream for both characters who lose each other, the other like present day where one character holds his memories after a near death incident and the other having no idea about the other person until some drawings come into his possession that give him cause to seek out the other. The one character can't stand that he loves the other, and he wants to do his best to keep away from him, as he remembers what caused him to almost lose his life, yet the attraction can't be fought.
The trauma of death, rejection and heartbreak. The realization of love and overpowering emotions. There is mental health, insecurity issues, grief, sexual harassment and deception emcompassed within drama.

Both series have very similar plot lines between the main characters. Love to hate to inevitable destined love and learning what it means to love. Theory of Love would be PG-13 where as History: Obsessed gets a solid R rating. Both are entertaining with the Theory of Love being more of a RomCom where History:Obssesed is a full on drama.
