Both funny romcoms involving 1 of the leads being an actor and the other a star something else (star doctor and star magazine editor respectively) with a lead pair with amazing chemistry.

Both have flashbacks to one of the lead's past trauma

In both 1 character pretends to be gay

Both have a jerk/psycho 2nd lead (which isnt a bad annoying thing. It just makes you root all the more for their downfall and more for the lead pair)

In both the male & female leads have a healthy relationship and learn and grow from each other

Both make you ship the leads so much!

Both romcoms involve stardom: in FW female lead is an actress and in ROA the leads are stars of a reality show (without the FL knowing it!)

Both have also a MELODRAMA element

In both 1 lead is hiding their identity of a rich person

Both have a family/ensemble element too

A dermatologist, Cha Woo Hyun is extremely popular with women, but he doesn’t have much interest in dating. Yoon Yo Jung is a famous actress, who hasn’t been able to date another man since rumors started to spread 15 years ago. By mere coincidence, they decide to establish a contract in which they decide to “pretend” to others that they are dating and fall in love with each other.

Both have doctor-actress pairings. Both plots involve pretend relationships. Unlike Fluttering Warning though, I find the "villainy" in Love At First Hate to be too petty.

Similarities:
-The female leads are trying to deal with nasty gossip spread about them.
-Both male leads get into a relationship in order to protect the female leads from the rumors.. (Also how they eventually fall for the female leads)
-Both male and female leads technically meet at the airport.
-Both are centered around celebrities.
-Both are comedies.
Differences:
-In Her Private Life, the female lead is an obsessive fan of a local celebrity and is desperately trying to keep life her fan girl life private in order to keep her job. In Fluttering Warning, the main female lead is the celebrity trying to keep away from scandal in order to keep her job.
-In Fluttering Warning, the male lead gets into the relationship to avoid an arrange marriage and in Her Private Life the male lead gets into a relationship out of a misunderstanding.
Out of the two, just stick to Her Private Life but if the plot for Fluttering Warning sounds interesting, give it a shot!!

A capable but unpopular showbiz manager, Kazuko, struggles to groom a younger, new male actor, Ryo, whom she had scouted, into a star. An unmotivated Ryo slowly becomes conscious of the pleasures of acting. Bonds of camaraderie grow, and before long, love gradually blossoms between them.

Both FL are popular actresses. Meanwhile both ML are respected/popular in their own fields (medicine for FW and reporting for FMIYM).
In both dramas, their relationship started as fake relationship.
FMIYM is a melo drama while FW is a light romcom

in FW= FL is a famous actress; in OMSHOM= ML is a famous actor.
In both dramas the famous celebrity falls in love with an 'ordinary person'. The dramas gives different and similiar views of what it takes to date someone famous. True love prevails in the end...
