Whoever made the Eng sub, I wanna say thank you so much guys!

This is not the near perfect drama, but it doesn't disappoint me. I love this .

You all probably had known about the pattern of Thai lakorn. The hate turn love relationship, the very evil villain, the anger of our lead, the revenge plot, the slap kiss or sometimes forced kiss like -rape scene-, etc.
But don't let the latent pattern keep you away from this lakorn.
Jao Sao Yorm is a quite modest lakorn.

It's no stranger that our leads in bad terms in the beginning but soon they will have a good relationship. So did Kade and May . But in the process of reconciliation , we won't find excessive hate and anger that usually come from the heroin. I mean, there was a bad blood between May and her father, but she doesn't really detest her father excessively. So far, May is the reasonable character. She gets angry and misunderstood sometimes but she is willing to hear explanation and be calm. In other lakorn, I hate to see the heroin who seems hardly to accept the fact and unwilling to hear argument and be a drama queen. May is not a drama queen, she's pretty normal heroin.
P'Kade is the sweetest guy ever. He's affectionate, smart and reasonable person. He has a sense of responsibility. Sometimes he could be funny too. You won't get bored to watch him joking around but you probably cannot stand to see their lovey dovey. I like P'Kade chemistry with his father in law XD.
And the main point is, he never ever forces his love to Maysarin. Instead, He is willing to wait for her to love him. How sweet!
You know, in lakorn land, many hero force their love to the heroin to the extent that it becomes assault and harassment . Thankfully we won't see any inappropriate manner here.

The overall plot is predictable like any other lakorn.
I love the chemistry between the leads. Their acting is the best. They are so good to be together. If there is a shipper club for this couple, then I'm willing to join the bandwagon.
The most annoying thing of the drama is, the female villain. She is like forced to hate the lead heroin to add some spiciness of the drama. Especially, Sarut's mother. OMG, she's like come from Angry Planet plan to destroy the happiness of Earthy People. lol

note: I always give lowest score for rewatch value because I usually won't rewatch any show after completed it. Come on, there are many dramas waiting to be watched. :D

First of all what a journey it has been with all the uncertainty of subs for us and the struggle of subbing in the midst of all the chaos and nonsense for the Subbers. Therefore, I'll begin with my heartfelt gratitude to them who have made our viewing experience utmostly satisfying with the subs in spite of all that rubbish going on. You guys are @ma(u)zing.

Now the review. Well, sort of... (SPOILER AHEAD)

I had been waiting for this one ever since I had laid my eyes on the teaser. Reason: 1) Mik, of course, do I even need to say! 2) Pooklook. I liked her in Roy Ruk (despite the masochism). As soon as I found out it'll be the two of them I knew that the chemistry will be sizzling and they went beyond my expectation (just as I expected). My computer screen was melting each time they were together in a scene (even the no-kiss ones).

Story-
The story is as the description says. It was nothing interesting for me but I didn't care because of the obvious reasons. There were the usual preposterous Lakorn cliches save few but I am well-conditioned to them after two years experience. The most gripping part of it was the relationship of the leads which is the heart of the show. I don't know about others but as long as they were before my eyes I didn't give a hoot about what absurdity was going around. There were some things though that were still difficult to digest. Like, why on earth was the evil-doer forgiven in the end without facing any consequence! His growing-up circumstances cannot be an excuse. And how on earth after exhibiting complete Game-of-thrones kinda intentions towards his half-sister everyone behaved so normal around him in the family at the end! Actually, I sorta fast-forwarded through some parts in the last one and a half episodes. Did I miss any revelation concluding to such kind of casual yet weird behaviour? Please let me know. But then again I told myself that it's a Lakorn where anything is possible which is the charm and addiction of it.

Actors-
This is my favourite character of Mik till date. He has been playing these quarter-to-nice-boy roles with the mood-swing and attitude-swing of a schmuck toward his ladies in all of his shows so far. This was a complete 180-degree turn which I enjoyed the most. His acting is getting better with each of his projects and he is obviously pretty awesome at the chemistry department. And might I just add how wonderfully he played this role. His XXXL adorability added a triple sugar coating about my heart. It was simply delightful to watch him as a loving and devoted husband.
Pooklook's acting was better in her previous works. I think she's good in the heavy-duty intense and serious scenes. Here her chops were a bit lacking in the lighter ones. About the chemistry, of course, it's a given and I'll be repeating it in every other line I think, she is a pro. The last scene had my hair fly off my head (my real hair, no wig). I've never seen (that I can think of) a girl taking charge like that in a Lakorn before, except for Yaya when she was Nadech. Loved Pooklook's professionalism.

Supporting Characters-
The side characters were just that, the side characters. I didn't find them anything remarkable. The personal assistants/bodyguard of both the leads were sweet. The runaway bride and groom bothered the heck out of me. Call me a selfish sadist or whatever but I despised them to bits and didn't want them to be happy. Both of them were extremely selfish. At first, I thought that the girl will be somewhat better than the jerk but she was as devious, blaming the girl whose man she ran away with, at any chance. But then the writer, director whoever, decided everyone deserves a happy ending and karma is your forgetful friend who gets back at no one except maybe a bit at the crazy MIL.

Altogether, I liked it since the story of the MCs relationship is as per my satisfaction and that's what I look for in a show like this, mainly. Although the girl was impossible in the beginning she came around soon enough and she had reasons for being how she was. I will watch it again just for Mik and Pooklook.

I initially liked this drama. But then they played into all the old lakorn stereotypes, and I ended up skipping through the later episodes.
STORY: Mik and Pooklook's part was well done. The marriage without love after a one-night stand, living together, all factors in an entertaining romance. It definitely helped that Mik and Pooklook have GREAT chemistry together.
Unfortunately, aside from the romance, the plot was same old same old. Long lost brother, estranged father, forgiving everyone at the end... golly I've seen the exact same storyline in way too many lakorns. Unoriginal and cringey.
ACTING/CAST: Mik and Pooklook were definitely the highlights of the show, though the secretaries were fun XD Everyone else did well with what they were given.
MUSIC: Lovely.
REWATCH VALUE: I'll probably rewatch Mik and Pooklook's parts because they are SO CUTE TOGETHER, but nothing else.

If you enjoy a good romance and some major eye candy from our two leads, go for it. If you want a good plot to go with the former, look elsewhere.

This show is just disappointing

ok so we got dumb af characters. to make it short there is a scene where ML is accused of being someone's baby daddy by that someone's monster-in-law. So monster-in-law doesn't like the fact that her son, her only heir, has impregnated a normal woman, mind you that ML is married to FL. And so amidst this conflict and scandal the ,ale lead is encouraged by people to take a DNA test, which brings us to the future where u see identity problems again. So rich heir son and ML are trying to figure out who FL's half bro is, like plsssssssssss how u gonna determine that someone is your long lost child based
on a story WE HAVE DNA TEST FOR A REASON LIKE- so the pair goes on to find clues which makes us views think back to how easier and short all of this would have been if they had just taken a strand of his hair like THEY GOT FOOLED ONCE because they chose to trust a story that half bro told his friends instead of trusting science.

Oh and don't get me started on how unlucky FL is like did she offend the Lord in her last life or something? there was not an episode where someone did not get harassed/attacked/chased/or kidnapped, whats even dumber is that they never even reported to the police like even my 6 yr old sister knows that in those situations you call the police. ML kept saving her n kept telling her he loved her n she never thought to return it at all.....I got called crazy by how mad this show made me.

Love the lead chemistry.

I only watch few lakorns and most of it is Yaya and Nadech. I tried this one because of Mik. The traileris interesting. I like the plot but I honestly found a lot of loopholes and flaws in this lakorn like:

1. Both May and Kade are rich why they share only 1 body/ driver. Specially May why share with your husband your'e a heiress!
2. May's dad is a business man who owns the #1 mall and a soccerfield and he doesn't have a body guard? Why?
3. Most of the supporting is useless specially the cousin of Lakew, (not sure about the spelling) Pong. I think he is only there to pick up and drag his cousin he is so useless specially during the fight scene like dude can you help them you're jusy standing there!!
4. There are so many loopholes in the the story. Like for instance when May went missing and they call the police but the lead actors found her. What happened to the police?
5. I find it strange when the 2 lead were in the forest and May is wearing white short but they still look fresh. Like c'mon make it more a little bit realistic. It rain you were walking all day and slept in the middle of the forest went to a dirty river and you two still look like you were on vacay in an exclusive Island resort.
6. May is suppose to be the #1 actress in Thailand but during the time she first met Kade and he propose people did not recognize her? No pictures and all. But when she met Saruth the photo it was spread widely even if the picture is not so clear.
Like hey during the the 1 ep. It is clearly her why nobody recognize her and did not reporr to the media, but that photo of her and Saruth is kinda blurry but they recognize her right away.
7. Kade and May clearly have the same circle of friends or acquintance why they do not know ecah other? And May is the #1 actress in Thailand her family owns a mall she owns a resort which is publicly announce that she owns it, buy Kade did not know her? Dude were you hidding all along?
8. May's dress is really amazing and it looks good on her but... sometimes it's an appropriate in the scenes.
9. Despite the continious kidnapping attemp to May. Why the hell Kade did not hite a body guard for her? He can afford to buy expensive watch to annoy Nackarin but cant hire a group of security for his wife?

I ignore all of it because of the grwat chemistry of the 2 leads. ( i dunno how many times i mentioned it)
Lakorn usually have this love-hate and jealousy going between the two leads but this one is a little bit different. Less hate more love. The banterings bet thwe two is so cute. I like how they build the relationship of May and Kade, they have chemistry. I ignore most of the scense speacially the long cinversatiin when I already figure out the outcome except the scenes between the 2 leads. I actually wish to have a book 2 for this drama despite the flaws. Or Pooklook and Mik another drama.
But I ignore most of it because of the 2 lead Pooklook and Mik. They're so good together.

I gave this high rate cause of the lead characters they save this drama.

To watch for the OTPs and the chemistry between the 2 leads.

Super lakorn with Mik + Pook (FL) = hot & great chemistry with lots of sweet moments. Their interactions keep the spectator glued to the screen, because we have the intensity, the tension, the emotion,... Two very great actors!

The story begins with a one-night stand and marriage contract. And a hotel in decline that the 2 MLs want to buy...

BUT :
- very very Lakorn's series : slap-kiss, women perpetually screaming, permanent music, infidelity + hidden child, traumas, etc.
- unbearable CL2 characters: so self-centered that those who help them must be Mother Theresa (or idiots), unrealistic, spoiled, capricious, cowardly, stupid, ... How can anyone would only be friends, with people like that??? Fortunately, they improve when their problems are solved...
- the hateful mother of ML2 is caricatural.
+ Lots of inconsistencies in the story:
- The FL who doesn't trust anyone, trusts her evil half-brother whom she hardly knows?
- the "girlfriend" in love ready for the worst to please
- everyone forgives in the end those who constantly tried to kill them? Without even being punished?
- Here again, we have an almost powerless police...

Lakorns don't make you want to go to Thailand ( 。◕‿◕。 )
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I really like this lakorn.
Not like i loved it, i fall in love with this lakorn head over heels.
Mick was perfect for a ideal hysband role.
And the chemistry between ML and FL wowwwwwww.............
I can't explain in words for the awesomeness.
While watching the drama i feel like wow what a gentleman the ML was.
I repeatedly watched this drama like 10 times.
And now I'm watching this when i feel like down.
It's not that i didn't watched these type of gentlemen like dramas or dignity maintained dramas.
But i think something magic is there to lure me to watch this drama again snd again and again........................
For all the actors and actresses i will give 10 out if 10
For the story i can't say thus is a new plot
But the way of screenplays i loved it for that 10/10
Really worth watch drama
And for the romance between them i can give 100/100
♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Not your typical Thai drama

When I first saw this dramas description I skipped over it. How could a person go from marrying the love of their life to sleeping with a total stranger all in the same day? I didn’t think I’d like their characters much. But thankfully the glowing reviews made me give it a try and I’m so glad I did. Once you start watching the drama it all makes sense. Let me explain.

The female lead (May) and the male lead (Kade) are getting married to other people on the same day. Then their fiancé’s abandon them and run off together. May is terribly upset, not because of a deep passionate love, but because of the betrayal. She has PTSD from a past trauma and doesn’t trust men. And since her childhood friend is the only man she’s ever trusted and she doesn’t think she could ever trust another man, she agrees to marry him. So his betraying her and leaving without a word hurts her deeply. Kade on the other hand, wasn’t even dating the woman he was marrying. He had a crush on her when they were younger but now he sees her as a little sister. But when he finds out she’s pregnant (by her ex boyfriend) and not in a good place mentally, he offers to marry her in order to protect her. So both leads aren’t in love with their fiancé’s, but they are hurt by the way they were treated. And when they meet the sparks fly! Boy do they have chemistry!

Even though this drama does have a couple of the typical Thai drama slap and kiss scenes in the beginning, it’s quite different from most Thai dramas. The male lead is very sweet and totally devoted to the female lead. Even though he is rich, he is never rough or forceful with her and treats her with respect. He’s not a womanizer or an arrogant jerk either. And the female lead is not your typical weak female that cries all of the time and is dirt poor. She is wealthy, strong, independent and sassy. And their wardrobe is stunning! I loved seeing these two independent headstrong individuals clash. They have amazing character growth as they learn how to love and trust again.

The romance is done perfectly here. It’s not insta love but it’s definitely insta attraction and they sizzle together. He accepts the attraction and immediately pursues her. But she’s in denial and has trust issues to overcome. Be prepared for lots of hugs, kisses, hand holding, and flirting. I really liked how natural and realistic their relationship was.

The storyline was really good. There’s lots of twists and turns. Even though you can figure out who the bad guy is pretty quickly, the journey along the way is interesting. There’s kidnappings, car chases, sabotage, lots of fight scenes, and hidden identities to keep things fast paced. I was never bored. It has an original plot, great actors, and charming side characters. There are multiple couples that were pretty interesting with great stories of their own. There’s no second lead syndrome and no true love triangles.

Overall I would highly recommend this drama. It was one of the best Thai dramas that I’ve watched. I love male leads that are kind snd sweet instead of those typical arrogant CEO’s most dramas have. And I like a woman that is strong and confident. And all of the side characters are great. If there was any negative I would have to say it would be that the female lead teases the male lead for too long. She knows how she feels about him but refuses to admit it to him. She eventually admits that she just really enjoys teasing him because his reactions are so cute. But her eventual confession is dragged out for way too long. And it does get a little cheesy sometimes, but what romance drama doesn’t? It’s not a perfect drama but it comes pretty darn close.
Don’t miss this gem!

Bickering love story

Its my first thai drama. I am really not a fan of thai dramas. I had just read some reviews and like the story plot so, I watched it once again to refresh my drama memory as I had watched it a year ago.
I guess I choose a very cute bickering lovestory. I was really impressed by the story and its complex entanglements within the relationships. I had gave a
I like this drama for its natural and cultural presentation. It shows how thai people really respect elders, share greetings. I am really overjoyed over the ongoing bickering while khadethaen was trying to court maysarin.
I like both the leads. Maysarin is very pretty and charming. You cant hate her even when she is shouting. Khadethaen was handsome and had an aura of a perfect husband. I didn’t like Pin and Saruth character, as they abandon their respective partners but still they don’t trust each other and cause chaos in the lead couple life.
The two secretaries Acha and Ruong were also very cute.
I like the BGM more than the ost.
Rewatch is yes, to refresh the drama memories.

This show was honest to god a good one. I anticipated it to be a little lame but we had a good actor and actress on hand and the chemistry was wonderful. The two were absolutely adorable and let me tell you, the kisses bro. But there were frustrating parts and there was a lot going on but all in all, it was a fanatic show. The family and friends and good and bad parts and the dramatic female actress but super nice male lead. This show was so good. I could watch it over and over just for the scenes between the two and the connection they had honestly.

Episode 8 was my limit and I'm surprised I even made it this far. This drama makes no sense! It's nonsense... it's nonsense. There are no words to describe this mess except mess lol I've seen my fair share of lakorns and up until now I've pretty much enjoyed the over the top/ messiness that that they exude but this one... it's like the writers were winging it every episode. I don't see how some people can give this such a right rating let alone finish it but maybe that's why, they finished it because it got better; I'll never know. I do NOT recommend this- find something else.

My journey with "Unwilling Bride"

was...how should i put it? A different one. My rating is sorely based on that i only enjoyed the first six episodes and the writing went downhill with a lot of repetitive behaviour and situations. It grew boring fast so i had to speed forward and 16 episodes after that was a lot for me. But let me compliment at how stunning Mik Thongraya & Pooklook looked together on-screen and how well they portrayed their characters. The ML Kadethaen is really famous for being one of the steadfast, passionate and honest heroes of Lakhornland and i give props to Mik for handling this character with such charm throughout this lakhorn. Nackarin portrayed by Guy Ratchanont was another intriguing character as soon as he got introduced- he was a Anti-hero with a dark background, he made the story interesting with his revenge plot.
