I've been following Playlist Global since the very begining, they improved a lot, and A-Teen (eighteen) was on the top of the top ! I mean, if you just want to relax and watch a kdrama , don't wait a second. The drama only lasts few minutes so it's very easy to watch while waiting for something

The drama deals with teen problems, friends ,crush, love, in search of personnality. The story was not that original, only the way storyline was told was interesting. I mean sometimes you think that somes scenes are predictables but not brh, they tried to make it different even if the story was ordinary and deja vu

Characters : I really love all the characters seriously, from the saint to the b*tsh, everything was well done. I hate some charcters.. that means they did a good job haha

The End was not as expected but yea, objectively, the drama is worthy ! The OST was HOT! *-* Can't wait for the 2nd season

I'm a huge fan of these short web dramas, and as soon as I finished watching the sequel to this called Seventeen, I went straight to indulge in this.

Set in a Korean high school, this made me relive the previous 4 years of my life. This series is centered around what most students face in their every day school life: the beauty and hardships of friendships, stress and grades, first love, future career choices etc. The main group of 6 friends in this drama were really diverse, but I felt that some of them overdid it with the acting. To be honest, I was mesmerized by the lead female actress playing Do Hana. She made this drama shine and now I have a massive girl crush on her. Other than that, this show was quite basic and nothing new, nonetheless, I really enjoyed the cinematography and quality of this drama's production. The only other thing that I was quite dissatisfied with was the ending, leaving many unanswered questions and begging to make a season 2. Briefly, if you enjoy short high school drama and just want something light to watch, go for it - it's on YouTube, waiting for you to watch it!

this is the perfect drama for relaxing, or if you want a light-hearted school romance. i've been a fan of school-themed dramas and i can say that a-teen definitely reached my standards when it comes to these type of dramas. it's very cutesy and all, but at the same time, they implemented important school issues and how the characters solved it. although i was rooting for min and doha, the ending pairs were alright. also, kihyun and boram were SOOOOOO cute! just the perfect epitome of highschool love.

Better than I expected. I think A-TEEN has a much higher/mature production value than other series on Playlist, clearly testified by the popularity of the show and its visual treatment. Most actors have done exceptionally good acting. Do Hanna and Kim Hanna are very pretty. Although Yeo Boram's character was far more entertaining, I was left wanting for more of Yeo Boram. Nam Siwoo's story has quite an interesting twist at the end. And I think it would be interesting to see what will happen next in that track.

Theory:
I got this feeling by Episode 23 and 24, that Kim Hanna's character has a lot more depth and complexity than what is shown so far in Season 1. Kim Hanna isn't just trying to copy Do Hanna. She is deeply inspired by her and possibly reveres here. Changing one's name/looks is one thing, but changing schools is a different level of being inspired altogether. In fact, Kim Hanna made effort to be in same school as Do Hanna is. And wants to live with her when she's older. Kim Hanna hasn't shown any interest in any guy whatsoever so far. It is quite possible, Kim Hanna has feelings for Do Hanna and may, in fact, be in love with her. Which explains in some way why Kim Hanna has even adopted Do Hanna's name because she reveres Do Hanna very deeply.

A typical High school Drama in an Web-drama

I really was not a huge fan of web-dramas (low budget not Netflix) until I watched this show.
--Story--
I mean I usually am really against youth dramas that over-dramatize and romanticized versions of the high school experience, but this one did a good job at portraying the struggles of finding yourself in HS. The bitchy nature of girls is also well portrayed here. The individual stories of each character is cute, and the side characters (not the main leads) are really cute as well.

--Acting--
The acting is okay, though I am not a fan of April. I don't think their acting will disappoint especially the side characters.

--Pacing--
The episodes are fairly short (with a really catchy OST by Seventeen) so it was enjoyable. There was never a really dull moment in the drama.

I hope you try it out, especially if you haven't watched web-dramas before.

A-Teen

Short episodes, but actually many of them, also there is second season. Young cast - some of them idols - Kim Soo Hyun's character was easy to like and it was nice to see one of Billlie's member. I liked characters, it was something light to watch - there is still some school drama. If you like Glory and want to see totally different side of Shin Ye Eun then this drama is perfect for it.

I honestly watched these thinking they were clips to a longer, official drama, then found out that I had actually watched the full thing. I love these so much. The characters deal with everyday issues that a lot of students can relate to, and the romance (especially the jealous scenes!) is such a cute addition to it. I love the friendships even more—the sismance is everything I'd ever want. There's a lot of questions still left hanging and so I'm anxiously anticipating answers as I watch Season 2!

A nice surprise! Made me nostalgic!

For some reason i was not expecting much from this series. I started mostly because i wanted to watch something carefree and easy without a deep plot, I WAS SO WRONG!
The good thing with having low expertations is that not only you dont get disappointed but also it surprises you how good a series can be, this is exactly what happened to me here!
Firstly, the plot was so interesting and even had plot twist i didnt saw coming, Secondly i liked all the characters and i loved that the writers didnt focus only in one, they gave us storylines and backrounds for all of them. I could really see myself in some situations when i was 18, maybe thats way i got so nostalgic watching their stories (i am not even that old '20' but the time i was 18 feels so long ago.) It actually made me cry and laugh (from happiness) at the end. The acting was pretty good too.

Beautiful stories with beautiful characters. I am so happy it has a second season, cant wait to watch it.

Ahhh a drama I unexpectedly need that can fit right through my busy schedule! This webdrama was recommended to me by my internet best friend and I'm so glad that I listened to her. The fact that it's a webdrama, I got to finish episodes in between my breaks! Even in a short amount of time, they gave such a good balance of romance and drama!

The plot was really simple since it only revolved around high school students and their lives as 18 year olds. However, I liked that each and every one of the characters was given a background and focus! Despite, how simple the plot twist was, I really liked how it fit the situation and it wasn't obvious at all! I liked that at some point, the drama showed the simple struggles of what a high school student is going through by each different perspective of a main character!

The cast was sooooo cute and it was obvious they had fun while filming the whole drama! It's my first drama for almost everyone except for Kim Dong Hee and Naeun, but they were still so cute! My favorite characters were Doha and Siwoo! I'm soooo glad to get to know Shin Seung Ho and I was quite surprised that he starred as a main character in Moment at Eighteen! Now I can't wait to watch the drama!

The OST was so cute for the whole drama! Seventeen did such a great job!

All in all, the webdrama was something I really needed and loved! I liked how short it was for the audience to root for every episode more! You'll definitely love the characters and their backgrounds! Lastly, their friendship was really unique and fun from the beginning, definitely a worthy watch if you want something short with good vibes!

A-Teen - Season 1

- Very light and short.
- Easy to binge watch.
- Characters are all unique and have different relationships with each other.
- The storyline is mediocre, nothing special.
- Eh.. it's ok. School k-dramas are overused plots that it's hard to make it unique.
- Shi Woo is handsome, though. :)

Cute!

I started watching this one as a palate cleanser while binge watching SKY Castle. There were moments where that show was a bit too much, so A-Teen was perfect in between episodes! Plus, both shows had the cute Kim Dong-hee.

Overall, don't expect this story to have super complex characters or hard-hitting lessons. It's mostly cute and fluffy, with conflicts that resolved themselves fairly quickly. The main group of friends was definitely loveable; I rooted for them all.

At the end, I felt nostalgic for my youth. The montage at the end made me reminisce the warm and sweet moments of a carefree "in between" year — one where you're not anticipating the next step in life or worried about the things you're supposed to be working towards, but instead, living and enjoying the moment. This feeling was evoked with a subtle touch.

Also, the kids were all so PRETTY and the OST was fire.

This mini drama is an easy watch. It's got 24 episodes, but they are each just a few minutes long. I watched the whole thing in one day. It's a good one to binge.

The cast does a good job. You might recognize a couple of the actors from other things. One was in Shopping King Louis as a supporting character and another is a supporting character in the currently airing Sky Castle. Plus in one episode there is a cameo with two of the guys from NCT.

The story lines are believable and seem true to life for many high schoolers. They follow common issues in the lives of many people such as first crushes, friendships, studying habits, family issues and more.

I recommend this as a fun show when you want to just relax and enjoy without a lot of angsty drama.
