I like how this drama unfolded. At the beginning the action was a little slow and repetitive. No real connection between the characters. Then it becomes interesting. The characters change place and the story gradually advances to a climax.

Also the romance part got me. I was so caught in it that I was smiling/suffering alongside the characters.

As a conclusion..watch the series! It's really good.

I'm sure you'll like it.

I had not wanted to watch this drama at all for the longest time! The whole gumiho thing seemed weird, and I hadn't yet met Lee Seung Gi in a drama before. But after King2Hearts, I knew I needed more of him in my drama life. I am so glad that this drama didn't disappoint me :)

Logically, there were a lot of flaws and inconsistencies in the storyline. There was stuff that didn't make sense and stuff that was too ludicrous to believe, even accepting that it's a fantasy world. And sometimes the characters were just so dumb, you just wanted to shake them! But even with all of that, this drama was still amazing.
In a vague way, this drama reminded me a lot of Queen In Hyun's Man. The plot lines aren't really similar, but the feeling of love you got from Dae Woong is really similar to what I get from Boong Du.

The cast just did an amazing job, even the supporting roles. I adore the grandfather to pieces, he was just so adorable, always trying to do what's right for this daughter and grandson. And though the relationship with the director and Min Sook was absolutely ridiculous, it was fun as heck to watch.

I will admit, I did get bored towards the end of the drama, episode 15 being a completely waste of time. I mean, I understand why it was necessary, I just didn't enjoy it. And then episode 16 came along and I cried buckets.

In all seriousness, if you haven't added this drama to your list already, it needs to happen ASAP. This is not a drama that any person who loves love stories should miss.

Alright, I watched this drama shortly after watching You're Beautiful, and was pleasantly surprised to find the same creators making this drama (Hong Sisters). It was a fun ride, I have to say.

The story was interesting, and it was something I thought was a twist on a standard romance. The fantasy element brought in an interesting situation. The mix of comedy was very nice, making it far more fun to watch.

The actors did a good job and I loved the relationships between all of the characters. Even the female antagonist was a character that I enjoyed to hate.

It was a very consistent drama, being a balanced mixture of serious things and comedy. The beginning and the ending were probably the weakest parts of the drama.

At the start it was somewhat slow, but it was quick to pick up, which was great, because it continued on at a steady pace.

The ending was a different matter, though, and I found it somewhat hard to drag myself through them, though it picked up for the very end, maybe a bit too fast.

It was supposed to be sad, I suppose, before ending happy again, but while the sad was there, the ending resolved itself far too quickly. It was rushed, and I felt like I had been somewhat cheated, I guess.

While it was sweet, and it made me cry a bit, it was far too fast and in that way, I was unsatisfied. Not to mention that the time span IN the drama was also very short, which made the event very, I suppose, unimportant-feeling. It didn't sink in,

Otherwise, it was very interesting, and I enjoyed it very much. Don't miss out just because of the ending, as the whole story was good, and the characters were even better.

I'd also say it's very good for rewatching, as you don't need to be too invested in the storyline, and it's entertaining and sweet.

A fox turned human loving a human is not a common plot that is handled in every K-Dramas.Writers Hong MiRan and Hong JungEun have a clever way of wiggling and twirling a seemingly simple story into something completely unexpected and untrodden.

I don't know how many actors can portray being a wild animal so perfectly while still being absolutely loveable at the same time. I never once forgot that Shin Min Ah's character Mi Ho was a fox-in-human-form, and yet I was always rooting for her.

I was fascinated by an interpretation of a fox not as a sly, cunning, thieving and wicked beast, but as a curious, naive and playful creature who wanted to be loved as much as she wanted to be human. She can also be menacing at times, but it's judiciously used, and almost always for comedic effect. Also, I love Mi Ho's delight in eating beef and that her favorite color is brown because it's the color of cow.

Another thing I loved about this series was the secondary couple of Cha Dae Woong's spinster aunt Cha Min Sook and his boss Ban Doo Hong, who have so many awkward encounters, and are extremely dorky at times. They own it. Another great moment involves Ban Doo Hong thinking he knocks down a brick wall just by peeing on it, and how the owner of the wall has him arrested for being a pervert.

When Shin MinAh’s window of time with Lee Seunggi begins to close, she tells herself, “I don’t need five hundred years or fifty years. Fifty beautiful days is good enough.” She is an old creature, but she has never truly lived, only existed. This gumiho had lived 500 years but she had never truly felt alive until meeting Lee Seunggi. He, likewise, found real meaning and selfless love while at her side. Just thinking about it makes me weepy. The length of time, centuries or days, is less important than the way one spends it.

I bet you will like Shin MinAh after watching this great rom com drama.

A wonderful fairytale type story thats also hilarious at the same time! The cast are brilliant and the OST is also wonderful. Every piece of this drama was done well and it's nice to see good stunts and cgi comming into dramas now. This was my first time seeing No Min Woo in an acting role and I was pleasantly supprised and am now a big fan, the emotions he can display on his face are brilliant, I felt very symapthetic towards his character. I'm realy looking forward to his performance in full house 2 now.

To be honest, it took a while for me to get into this drama, but I was absolutely hooked by episode 5. The story is an original modern day fairytale, and the main actors are amazing. Lee Seung Ki is great as a spoiled brat who suddenly finds himself responsible for the super adorable, yet kinda scary, Shin Min Ah. It's their chemistry, and acting, that make this over the top fantasy so believable, and stops it from being cheesy. Their unlikely romance was a lot of fun, and at times heartbreaking, to watch. I definitely laughed a lot, and cried more than once.

There are plenty of moments, specifically Yun Yu Seon & Sung Dong Il's romance, that offer some ridiculous comic relief. Sometimes I had a hard time following how the mythology of the gumiho's story linked to Park Dong Joo character, but that didn't stop me from being entertained by his manipulation. I'm sure there were flaws in the Gumiho story, but it really didn't matter to me. I also absolutely hated Park Soo Jin's character, which means she played her well.

This is one of my favorite dramas so far, so I definitely recommend it, and will rewatch it. The song "Fox Rain" is now one of my absolute favorite kdrama ost songs, and whenever I see a sunshower I can't help but sing it in my head.

Don't watch on an empty stomach, or you will probably start to crave beef.

The framework of this story is done pretty well, and the main actors have a lot of different personalities, reflecting the different aspects of human nature.
This drama also plays to a good range of emotions; I was laughing my butt off at some parts, screaming at my screen at other parts, and sobbing through others, all signs of a good drama.
It also helps that all the actors are quite attractive.
One of the things I always look to determine a good drama is whether or not the side-stories are worth the time put into them, and this drama did a relatively good job with side characters that were actually likable and a cute story line.
Finally, one of my favorite characters in every drama is usually the hanaboji, and once again Byun Hee Bong does a fantastic job.
Overall worth watching, pleasing to watch, wonderful music, and satisfies the average drama-watcher's need for cute romantic scenes and heart-wrenching moments.

Rewatch value is low only because I believe there are so many dramas to watch that spending another 16+ hours watching something you've seen isn't a valuable use of time. (My opinion only)

One of the most amazing and wonderful korean dramas that i have ever watched. Its sweet, cute, brilliantly written with hardly any flaws.

The acting is superb, music is exceptional and it provides everything you are looking in a romantic comedy. There is nothing that i would like to be improved. Its just perfect

This drama alone has turned alot of people, who previously used to look down on me for being an ardent K-drama fan, into K-drama fanatics themselves, after watching this on my insistent recommendation. I myself have watched the drama 3 times and each time i have enjoyed more than before.

Highly recommended!!!

Korean dramas really live up to their expectations. I was really quite pleased with this one. It had its completely unbearably hilarious moments, and not to mention its cute and lighthearted moments as well. And it left you feeling pretty good about everything you had watched. Although the drama tended to be quite predictable, so at some moments it didn't really surprise me. I really did like this drama though! The main characters' chemistry was very realistic, and not forced, which I think is important for dramas like this. The amount of episodes was perfect for this drama. In 16 episodes they managed to tell the relationship of a bratty human and a simple-minded and naive Gumiho trying to survive in the human world. The soundtrack to this drama was absolutely PERFECT. I actually had no idea Lee Seung Gi was a singer, but he’s actually amazing! I love his two songs “Starting Now, I Love You” and “Losing My Mind”… And also the OST “Fox Rain”. That one is by far my absolute favorite, and I loved when it came on during the drama. The acting was really good, too. Min Ah did a good job playing Mi Ho. She really did portray her as a strong, funny, naive and considerate character and I felt she portrayed her in a very believable manner. The ending was SO confusing though! It felt like they had just rushed through everything at the end, without really putting to rest any wavering feelings. But, nonetheless, I ending up crying at the end so I really can't complain. Overall, this drama is very touching, and will definitely leave you with wanted more... At least for me it did. So I recommend you all see this one! Not to mention Lee Seung Gi and No Min Woo are incredibly hot, am I right or am I right?

Fun, light-hearted, comical drama that made me laugh so many times! The story line is kind of predictable in terms of character development. However, if you are just looking for a casual fun drama, this is it! The music is also enjoyable, especially if you are a Lee Seung Gi fan. Lee Seung Gi's acting was much improved compared to his role in Shining inheritance. This was my first drama with Shin Min Ah, but I found her overacting fitting of her character, rather than a sign of poor acting.

This drama was really really really awesome! I loved the storyline, the characters, the music, everything!! It made me laugh, it made me cry, it made me hella mad. The characters were amazingly played well. I just have so many things to say about this drama and I can go on forever if I wanted to. The storyline is none like any other. I anticipated a new episode every week. I hated waiting so much though.......Shin Min Ah plays her character very well. You will totally love her in this drama. She is really really really cute. Lee Seung Ki is very handsome when he smiles.........No Min Woo is very hot here, hotter than Lee Seung Ki xp....The actors were very good and they had very good chemistry with one another (the 3 main characters). This drama gets you very happy and makes you laugh a lot. It is so cute and I can never stop saying that. It keeps its charm, cuteness, and humor throughout the drama and never bores you at all. You can never stop watching once you get into it. You will also cry so much near the ending! I really recommend this drama to everybody. It is very cute and funny that you will love it from the very start!

My girlfriend is a gumiho.

Awesome drama. I love it.

The plot was interesting and it was something new for me, so I decided to give it a try. The first episode was a bit boring in my opinion, but next episodes were awesome. It was so impressing and had a big impact for me.

At the beginning, Mi Ho annoyed me. I thought she was annoying, slutty and bossy. I'm happy I was wrong. I love her very much. The character is cute and innocent. She was always dressed in white dresses ^^. Sin Min A did a really great job. I think she really looks like a fox ^^.

Dae Wang was just too cute. I like his behavior changing. He was a spoiled brat, but he became a very responsible guy. Hehe ^^. Lee Seung Gi did an awesome job. Now I love him ^^.

Hye In annoyed me to death. She was so nasty and fake. She was too insistent, but she was somehow realistic in my opinion.

Dong Ju was cute, even if sometimes he annoyed me. Yea, I' too irascible, I know xD.

The OST was brilliant! Fox Rain is amazing! The lyrics are exceptional. It really makes me cry when I hear it. But it's.. awesome.

I enjoyed it very much. Now it's my favorite drama. The ending was exceptional. That's how a drama should end. It made me cry and laugh so easily. I love it.

I highly recommend it if you want something nice, with an interesting plot and good characters d(n_n)b.
