Reviews
*Small spoil?* I didn't have much expectation for kiss scenes since he's quite young but I think they have some (seen in the ending song shots) and I'm lowkey looking forward to them.

Not quite the fluffy drama
A time lapse drama is tricky because it really has to be done well to keep viewers engaged and invested. This drama focused mainly on 2007 (high school) and gave us 5 minute clips of 2015 (post college) at the end of each episode. The problem was 2015 became more interesting than 2007. The 2007 time period was just too slow...30 minute episodes that should typically go by really fast seemed to drag on forever, which was such a bummer. This wasn’t the light and fluffy drama I was expecting either... in actuality it was more melancholic, with an air of sadness and regret. The leads were both likeable and there was chemistry between them...but the same misunderstandings piled up. The FL moved so slowly and talked so slowly and always seemed so sad and burdened...she did seem to have some inner strength and resilience, but when she described herself as dull... I couldn’t help but agree. I enjoyed ML and for a newbie I liked his acting and thought he was charismatic and played his role well.
The end project that brought them all back together in 2015 also didn’t make much sense. If they had all been part of a fine arts school or were trying to save the school by raising money that would be one thing ....but the showcase (which they never even showed) was to help the ballerina girl .... who I never rooted for because I could never figure out her true intentions. Maybe I missed something here...
At the end of the day, I stuck around mainly to watch the ML's story play out (with the help of the fast forward button). I'm thankful this drama had a HE...that was it's redeeming factor.
