This BL series has unlocked a new level of fujoshi in me. When I started this series, I was a bit skeptical but after watching the first episode, I was completely hooked.


I would start with the title significance. I admire the fact that the title is relevant and expressive to the story. This was obviously cherry on top for this brilliant series for me.


This is not just a piece of fiction, not to me at least. 'Not Me' has displayed a variety of issues like illegal workings of the judicial system, how crime and capitalism go hand in hand. This series took a deep dive into youngsters' mindset - how they see the world and in what way they want to change it.

Sure, romance is a recurring theme but it's not at the centre which gives this work of fiction a fresh and inspiring look.

The acting was commendable along with the visuals, ost and storyline. Sure, there were some loose ends (according to me) like the development of Yok and Dan's relationship. Their ending was cute but a little fuzzy.

The chemistry of characters especially with the twin trope was commendable as well. There were stark differences between Black and White that surprisingly fit well with their ideologies and personas.

All in all, you haven't watched BL if Not Me isn't on your list. I would definitely re-watch it and recommend to my fellow BL enthusiasts.

Yethhhh phenomenal

Okay seriously I am blown away by this my only issues are the end but maybe I missed some things and feel free to clue me in.

First off things I loved in this drama are: the political shit, all the suppression and info about rights and the protesting and talk about freedom of expression and and inclusion about activist things going on in the world today that was sick. Second the art especially the graffiti and using the satire was amazing. There was so much thought and expression put into this it was awesome!

I wasn’t really a fan of the music.

The chemistry and Sean and White hellllooo! So I’m very happy to get to watch something where we don’t have this over used trope where the characters feel weird about their attraction to a male and then boom out of nowhere they just forget it. In fact they never even got stuck on it. They developed feelings like normal people do and obviously are down with the modern times and aren’t all weird about it and accept their bodies natural attractions and reactions, Yeth hormones and brain chemistry.

For the most part there was few scenes where I felt like were over done like the hospital scene with the special police unit idk man if we got armed police in the hospital ain’t no one walking around and staff being all nonchalant. And I just don’t really think one man Black can take a whole unit down but okay secret assassin Black.

Did I mention I hated the music that was over played?

Okay so I understand the Todd thing but what happen to the case the fact that they all kind of got busted and might be facing legal charges and what happen to Tawai did I miss something or was that just never addressed because this was on the realistic side.

I already miss this drama and I finished it ten mins ago

First of all I am so stunned and amazed with this story and the way GMMTV never fails to boost my expectations 🥰
I am so proud of my GMM boys for their acting skills and the way they make you feel like you are one of the characters in the series! All thanks to the screen-writer, directors and producers for giving birth to this AMAZING serie. 🙏🏻
As you can see my ratings are all 10/10 and if I could give it a 10000000/10 I would, along with all the awards in the industry out there because it deserves it and more ✨

🏵️ Starting with the actors and the way they skillfully delivered every single emotion & action in the serie is what makes me proud of how talented my GMM boys are 🥰
Specially GUN a big shout out to this talented young man !!! Doing double role is really a very difficult job to do ! But he nailed it effortlessly !!!!! I adored every single scene he showed at specially the twins ' ones, that at a certain moment I really was like " maybe he has a twin brother irl and he is actually acting with him ! "

🏵️ I really like all GMMTV's dramas ( as I am GMMtist since I first started watching thai dramas) but NOT ME IS JUST LEVEL GOD DRAMA ✨ the story is beyond beyond beyond perfect, the problems it touched and the way it showed the solutions and motivation is really so good , the way they delivered it as well is something magical 👏🏻🥰
Whenever I say this is the best drama GMM has produced they be like " Nah baby just wait and see " ✨
🏵️ THE OSTs OH MY GOD THE OSTs, every single OST/song that has been played in this series takes you above the clouds with every single beat and word you feel like flying up in the sky from the opening song to the last song played. I have never watched a serie with such a perfect choice of songs, they know exactly what they are doing and which song to play during the scene to make you even more immersed in it !!!! The choice of the OSTs is really what made the serie even more perfect 👏🏻❤️❤️❤️
🏵️ Last but not least, how i wished for more episodes because 14eps are really not enough, wishing for season 2 and 3 and 4 for such a perfect work to have just one season is really painful 🥺❤️❤️
🏵️ We got sick of the lovely dovey series that become copy paste ! This genre is what we need ! Series like Not me is the real work of art 👏🏻❤️

I LOVE!?

I LOVE THIS SERIE AND ESPECIALLY I LOVE GUN. the series is done well, you can see that there was hard work behind it. The actors are great, especially Gun! I hope a lot more people can see this series because it deserves a lot, it deserves to be watched by a lot more people, congratulations to the actors, the director and the production! thank you so much for creating this series, I watch it every day. I really liked the part where White and Black meet.

Almost 10 but still

It's certainly one of the best Thai dramas in the BL category and not only. Excellent cinematography, entertaining plot, handsome guys, bad guys lol... It's got almost everything to perfection BUT for a few aspects: product placement is way too obvious!! Either it's toothpaste, drinks, cars... things are always pushed into our face. Also, everybody is dressed quite the same and everybody has an artistic side, like painting and playing the guitar. The dancer girl always wears the same pair of pants! Some scenes are really cringey: the policeman cries while being painted nude etc.
The actors are very talented, no doubt. The 1st ML is the best by far. The 2nd ML - the one playing twins - is not subtle enough. He should've made the differences more refined, not so obvious. Like that constant scared look and crying eyes while trying to be the bad guy!? Im also a bit put off by seeing the same actors doing BL movies, cant you please make some changes for a while? Are we seeing the same movie again?
Watch it despite its flaws, it's still at the top.

We need more of this!

This series blew my mind in so many aspects!
1. The story: It is so unique and full of depth. It's not only a love story but a story about friendship, social injustice and how different people have to work together for the same goal. And how such a goal like to change a rotten system can even be achieved.
2. Representation: This series finally shows you well-rounded characters, even if they're only side characters. The women of this show are not your typical hysterical girl that only exists to cause drama. No, they have their own minds and goals, which they communicate as well. We don't have your typical gay men either, and we have a trans character who is not used for comedic relief but triggers some important conversations in the group.
3. The music: For a BL this has a unique soundtrack which I loved. Every song fit the scene perfectly by underlining its atmosphere and there were a lot of them, not just one or two that get repeated over and over but a huge variety.
4. Cinematography: This series is an eye-candy. So many beautiful and also interesting shots. Sometimes you really feel like you're being pulled into the screen by how the director used the camera.
5. Acting: The cast chosen has done an incredible job. I have never seen Off and Gun representing such deep characters, and you can really see how much they have grown as characters. It was also my second time to see First in a series, and I was again blown away by his acting skills. Such a delightful watch!

Overall, you can really feel that the director is part of the LGBTQ+ community and has an eye for what's going on right now and what maybe is not talked enough about in mainstream media, which is why it is great to have this piece of art. I highly recommend you to watch this show if you want to understand Thailand's society better, to maybe get some new perspectives on some issues and to see a beautiful love story.

NOT ME, NOT YOU, ROL

AMAZING DRAMA YOU WON'T REGRET.

My first mention is definitely going to be Gun's incredible acting on this one. To play not one character but two in one drama and showing off completely different sides really immersed me.

White, the innocent and emotive and Black, the dangerous and utterly unforgiving. I don't think I can pick a favourite from both of the characters he played as they were both just breathtaking.

OffGun being the perfect acting duo the world needed.

Left on a fairly open ended note, would love a possible spin-off in future to explore Black and Todd's relationship. I think something more was hinted at there. But, it's not necessary for a second series, I'm left feeling quite happy with how things turned out.

Action drama with amazing romance

There was no episode that would bore me, actually almost every episode gave me goosebumps. I liked the contrast between Black and White and how well Gun the contrast showed us. White, the cinnamon roll everyone likes. Black, the antagonist we try to understand. My most favorite scene is at the end of episode 8. I won't spoil but the romantic scene was one of the best I've ever seen. It was not cringe, not out of place. It was completely natural like even the actors were in love with each other. They are so good to fool my eyes. But the plot of this story was very well made. At first I was just confused as White but we were slowly understanding the situation with him and were cheering him up. I'm sure I'll rewatch this show minimally once and it's sad it's so underrated.

Incredible acting, great chemistry and an important storyline

This series is remarkable. The chemistry between Off and Gun feels very real, and the story is both interesting and has something important to say beyond its fictional plotline. It's extremely slow-burn with the relationship aspects, but that makes the payoff that much sweeter.

Gun in particular did incredible here. His ability to play off the features of his face and expression switching between White and Black is, to be honest, a little terrifying. There's a polarizing aura between the two of them; White is hesitant and gentle, intelligent and introspective. Black is explosive, passionate and intimidating. You can tell which one you're looking at within seconds of looking at his face. When the same actor looks at Sean, even during casual conversation, you can tell when one has love behind his eyes and the other does not. It's one of the coolest things I've seen in acting ever. The side couple is also quite good, but did not click with me personally to the same degree.

This is one of those shows where you can watch the leads fall in love as the episodes drift by. It's satisfying and heartwarming and, at times, heart-wrenching. It's good enough to be enjoyed by someone who doesn't necessarily watch BL on a regular basis, and isn't weighed down by the usual tropes you might find in similar shows.

If I were to nitpick, some editing choices are weird (especially the music, the first half of the series has some baffling music choices) and I do wish there were a few more romantic scenes between Sean and White. Aside from those very small points, incredible series that should not be missed.
