ADORABLE
Technically, this special does not have any music I think? Or maybe the video I watched was incomplete... but for the BGM , EP and OP of the drama, I am giving it a 10. The angel choir alone deserves a 100/10 XDThis special was adorable, as all episodes were. I was smiling the entire 18minutes, it is so funny but romantic at the same time.
The pain of Kurosawa for the chocolates made me rofl, Detective Rokkaku being KuroDachi's son XD so cute and really the cherry on top of this marvelous drama.

More of the same
If you think you might want to watch this, it's safe to assume you enjoyed the series well enough to want to see more of the same - and that's pretty much what you get here. The first part focuses on Adachi and Kurosawa's first Valentine's Day, and contrasts it with flashbacks of their interactions on Valentine's Day the previous year. The second part is about Rokkaku trying to figure out the closeness between Adachi and Kurosawa and proving to be predictably, adorably wrong in the end. It's not exactly a bad special, but there isn't much in the way of a plot, and I'm a little disappointed that the writers did not take the opportunity to introduce anything new whatsoever. I don't really know anything more about the characters than I did before. Despite them essentially getting engaged at the end of the series, I don't know anything new about their relationship. It felt like a wasted opportunity because I do like these characters enough to want to know and understand more about them. If nothing else, seeing more of them outside of the office could have been nice!
But you know, it's fine. It's still very cute, and under twenty minutes long. The main couple is still in their honeymoon phase and Rokkaku adores his office dads. (MDL suggests I rate it a 5, but I'm giving it an extra point for cuteness because that admittedly adds entertainment value for me.)

Cutest Ever!!❤️❤️
This is a spin-off of the drama series, and it is awesome. I loved the humor, the lead actors, the supporting actors, and the cute story line. If you are looking for a BL with a lot of skin ship and physical romance, this is not for you. If you are looking for a fun, funny, well acted spinoff of the original drama, with romantic implications, this is for you. It is a very short drama, which is disappointing, because I can’t get enough. I would highly recommend this, as well as the original drama, Cherry Magic, and I am looking forward to watching the other spinoff as well. I will watch that next, and probably watch all three of them again. Was this review helpful to you?

The perfect companion episode
This type of episode is exactly how “extra” content should be. It doesn’t explain or develop something left out of the main story nor does’t do harm to the characters. I actually love how we got two mini episodes in one. The valentine’s day is sweet and very on brand for Adachi and Kurosawa. It’s nice how we get a flashback showing us Kurosawa trying to give chocolates to Adachi the previous year. I like how this episodes jumps forward just a few weeks, which means we didn’t miss months and months of the relationship. It’s still all new for them. The Rokkaku’s story was 100% Rokkaku. I’m glad we get to see more of him, he was definitely a highlight from the show. He’s very oblivious to what is happening around him, but it’s not to a point where he looks stupid or forced. I would not mind a mini series focused on Rokkaku, since he lives 2 lives basically, the office life and the dancing life.

The Valentine's Day part was just an accidental explanation for the misunderstanding that was created after Kurosawa found the mysterious gift. Well, I agree it was cute.
The second part of the spin off revolves around Rokkaku finding out why Kurosawa often shows up unexpectedly when Rokkaku talks to Adachi. And it was actually funny.

A cute and lovely spin-off
I watched Cherry Magic and it is a hidden gem yet to be discovered. This was also just like one of fun episodes of Cherry Magic, it's fun to watch seeing Kurosawa and Adachi's relationship slowly building, no major conflicts and just pure bliss (well most spin-off are like that though), but what I really love about this spin-off is Rokkaku! He's my favourite character on the show because of how lively he is, we all have that one friend that is highly energetic but dumbfounded most of the times! The second part of the spin-off was so fun, seeing everything in the point of view of another cast is quirky, I love how clueless he is at the end, I really thought he was going to figure it out :'DOverall, this spin-off and the whole show was so much fun, I had great time watching them <3 I hope the best for the cast and I hope they'll get more series soon, they're good at acting, especially Adachi.

Funnier than the main series
This special episode, which features only Adachi and Kurosawa, does not advance the story any further, but it is a nice addition to the series. If you like the series, this episode is a good addition to it, especially if you watch it immediately after watching the series. There's actually more humor in this episode than in the main series as we see Adachi and Kurosawa's colleague trying to find out why they are so close and draws and unexpected conclusion. I also like it that there's an indirect reference to Adachi's mind-reading power (which he has lost) as he now can't read Kurosawa's mind and find out what he likes but he is still slowly learning to understand Kurosawa better. Was this review helpful to you?
Divertido y Adorable
