29-year-old Me Sook is the most unpopular teacher at school. She used to be a Russian language teacher at a high school but was relegated to a middle school to teach English which she can't even understand. She also has a chronic blushing problem, often afraid to even lift her face up. But to top it off, she is in love with another married teacher, Mr Seo, and believes that he feels the same but is just too shy to show his feelings. So when she finds out that he's having an affair with an attractive Russian teacher who took her place in high school, Me Sook decides to take action. Hiding her true intentions, she forms an alliance with Mr. Seo's daughter, Jong Hee, the most unpopular student at school. Jong Hee cooperates with Me Sook to save her father's marriage. They plot ways to separate the lovebirds, becoming friends in the process and also slowly falling into their own trap. Edit Translation

This movie is somewhat slow pacing, that’s why other viewers get bored and I understand them. the concept of the movie is more on unrequited love for someone and been suffering for long. It show’s how Korean have issues on one sided love and by watching most of the Korean shows, it is part of their social issues. I think it is also acceptable that someone is going through this kind of infatuations. Nonetheless, I am not speaking about people per se, but this is based on what I have watched so far.
The movie also shows how different people like Ms. Yang, being rejected by the society and the love interest co teacher’s daughter. People has their own uniqueness and not all can understand nor accept that.
It’s a bit heavy emotional, that’s why I think, the reason why the director made some comedy to it to make it lighten. Besides the looks of Ms. Yang really fits into the character. SHe’s crazy here. Not all people will appreciate this movie and other movies, as the saying goes, enjoy your genre!
