Similarities between OGT and B&M:
1. Zanilia Zhao is the FL in both these dramas.
2. Both dramas are mainly focused in the industrial area. More business related.
3. In both the dramas, the ML pursues the female lead first and boldly.
4. In both dramas, the ML is initially the boss of the FL.
5. Both dramas are easy feel-good without HEAVY angst.

Very similar story line with rich guy falls for normal girl but doesn't quite know how to pursue her. The main difference is that at no point does he see her as an enemy or target like in BOF.

Both series are about office romance and a boss and employee relationship. Both ML are a nice boss and the both FL are cute. The stories are not complicated, but just light hearted as well

If you are looking for a drama with a step by step character growth, this is the drama to watch. Although the dramas have different plots both ML are much older than FL. Not too much toxicity.n Both leads have great chemistry. All in all both dramas have a simple romantic plot.

though boss & me is a chinese drama, it also has the CEO/big boss with the normal/poor girl theme going on

Main couples in a both dramas are just incredible cute and vibe of these dramas is similiar.. main girls are in the beginning insecure but with a time they does grow up in a beautiful confident independent ladies...although In a good way is slightly more serious and Boss and me is more romantic and fluffy, it´s still have that simple lovely feel of happiness from the life :)

The female leads are still struggling, and both dramas show their workplace battles in order to achieve their own goals and the respect of others. The female leads are the likeable, kind, gentle kind -- though Song Geu Rim in Radio Romance is probably more admirable in her strength and maturity. Radio Romance and Boss & Me are light dramas that spend a lot of time developing the romance between the leads :^)

You know the flow....Cold guy acts as ‘cool’ boss at first, hides his emotions, then relentless pursues the girl & both fall in love. Then, they get together & ‘hide’ relationship from the others. Then, everyone finds out later on. Then, some dramas here & there. Then, happy ending.

Almost the same story line, normal girl meets and does something significant for her boss. She asks for nothing in return which causes her to catch the bosses attention and things proceed from there. There are even identical situations in these dramas. Main differences are the best friend and the female lead has a secret she's hiding from the male lead!
