ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo will reportedly join Kim Nam Joo and Kim Kang Woo in the upcoming K-drama Wonderful World.
On May 26, several media outlets reported that Cha Eun Woo picked another K-drama he will star on. According to reports, Cha Eun Woo will be joining the cast of the upcoming revenge K-drama Wonderful World.
Cha Eun Woo's side then responded to the casting reports. Fantagio shared, "Cha Eun Woo did receive the offer to star in Wonderful World. He is positively considering it but nothing is officially confirmed yet."
If Cha Eun Woo confirms his casting, this will be his second upcoming K-drama project. The idol actor is also set to lead the upcoming series A Good Day to be a Dog with Park Gyu Young, Lee Hyun Woo, Yoon Hyun Soo, Lee Seo El, and Song Young Ah.
Early this year, Cha Eun Woo also starred as an exorcist priest in the TVING original K-drama Island Part 2. He worked alongside Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee, Sung Joon, Go Doo Shim, and Oh Gwang Rok.
Wonderful World is the latest work of director Lee Seung Young, the same director of the K-dramas Tracer, Voice Season 2, and Missing Noir M.
The upcoming K-drama will tell the story of a mother who lost his young son unfairly. After the law decided to forgive the perpetrator, the woman decided to take revenge on her own.
Cha Eun Woo got the offer to play the role named Kwon Sun Yool. He was ill since he was a kid. He then dreamt of being able to help and cure other children who are ill just like him.
