Kwak Sun Young will reportedly work together with Cha Tae Hyun and CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa in the upcoming KBS drama titled "Brain Cooperation."

On July 21st it was reported that Kwak Sun Young will be the female lead in the upcoming drama "Brain Cooperation." 

Kwak Sun Young's agency Blossom Entertainment responded to the casting reports. According to them, Kwak Sun Young is positively considering starring in the upcoming KBS series. 

"Brain Cooperation" will revolve around the cooperation of police officers against the backdrop of the fierce battle of the brains. It will be directed by Lee Jin Seo ("Revolutionary Sisters," "Heaven's Order," "Baby-faced Beauty," and "Becoming a Billionaire.")

There are no details yet on the role that Kwak Sun Young will possibly play.

The series will be led by Cha Tae Hyun and CNBLUE'sJung Yong Hwa. According to reports, the drama will start filming this month.

If Kwak Sun Young joins the series, this will be her second drama with Cha Tae Hyun.

"Brain Cooperation" will premiere in 2023. 


If Kwak Sun Young confirms her casting, this will be her first drama for 2023. For this year, the actress will be part of the upcoming series "Call My Agent!" and "Moving." 

Kwak Sun Young made her acting debut in 2014. She became more known after being part of the dramas "Encounter" and "Hospital Playlist." She is best known as Jo Jung Suk's sister and Jung Kyung Ho's girlfriend.

She last starred in the 2021 drama "Inspector Koo" with Lee Young Ae, Kim Hye Joon, Kim Hae Sook, Jo Hyun Chul, and Baek Sung Chul.

Kwak Sun Young has starred in several dramas such as "V.I.P," "My Country: The New Age," "Your Honor," "Mystic Pop-Up Bar," and more.
