Netflix confirms the release date of "Hellbound Season 2"
Lee Jung Jae will reportedly join the upcoming action movie Revolver.
According to multiple movie insiders on November 23, Lee Jung Jae will be making a special appearance and will reunite with Jeon Do Yeon in the upcoming film.
This year, Lee Jung Jae is currently busy filming for the second season of his worldwide hit Netflix original K-drama Squid Game Season 2 with Lee Byung Hun, Wi Ha Joon, Park Gyu Young, Gong Yoo, Yim Si Wan, and more.
Lee Jung Jae last starred in the 2022 film Hunt with Jung Woo Sung, Jeon Hye Jin, Heo Sung Tae, Go Youn Jung, and Kim Jong Soo.
The top actor is known for being part of the hit movies Deliver Us From Evil, Along With the Gods: The Two Worlds, Along With the Gods 2: The Last 49 Days, Assassination, The Face Reader, The Thieves, and more.
If Lee Jung Jae confirms his special appearance, this film will be his reunion project with Jeon Do Yeon. The two are known to have worked in the popular movie The Housemaid. Another reason he might be making a special cameo is because of his colleague from the same company, Im Ji Yeon.
Revolver will tell the story of a former police officer who went to prison to pay for all her sins and have only one goal when gets released from prison. The upcoming movie will be directed by Oh Seung Uk who also created the films The Shameless and Kilimanjaro. The movie will be produced by Men Pictures.
The upcoming film will be led by Jeon Do Yeon, Ji Chang Wook, and Im Ji Yeon.
Revolver began its filming in June. There is no confirmation yet on the release date of the upcoming movie.
