Chinese / HK Dramas

I'm looking to find any interesting Chinese / HK Dramas. I've already watched a decent amount of Japanese and Korean Dramas, but I cant seem to find any Chinese / HK Dramas that suit my taste, with the exception of "a step into the past." If you could recommend any it would be highly appreciated.

What is it about Chinese dramas that you don't like? I'm also very picky with Cdramas, I avoid the ones with dumb plot developments, bad CGI and one dimensional characters. You don't specified any genre you like or dislike so here's my recommendation:

Cdrama (historical and wuxia):

well the reason why I don't like them is because the acting can be too over the top, which then takes away from the actual plot. and the romance in them can come out unbearable. and im not really picky with genres, as long as the acting is decent and the plot isnt lacking then ill watch anything. and thanks for the list ill definitely check some out now.

Comes to eat Shan shan was a little slow and a little under developed but was al right if you want something different and have the time to watch it. (patience) 
and The Journey of the flower was really good. they both have the same female main lead but her ccharacter is way better in TJF

I've seen many chinese one's so I'll just write a list even though many of them will overlap with previous recommendations.

Chinese/wuxia/
- Journey of Flower (yes as mentioned, this one was so good, forbidden romance and pretty setting/costumes)
- Swords of legends 
- Swordsman
- Xuan Yuan Sword 3 legend

Chinese/historical
- Prince of Lanling (prophecy and fate, beautiful sets and wonderful romance)
- Startling by each step 
- The Vigilantes in Masks
- Legend of Fragrance

Chinese modern:
- Boss and me
- Whirlwind girl

Hongkong one's I've only seen old ones and not a lot:
- Line walker (the most recent one i've seen)
- Face to fate
- Witness to a prosecution I + II
- D.I.E
- Perish in the name of love
