Name of this drama?

All I remember is the ending, it ended with the guy carrying the girl (i think it was in a hotel) and he kept pushing her against the wall (while carrying her)they were also kissing.

Its either a Chinese or a Korean drama (prob Chinese) there's also a behind the scenes video of it.

I don't what this drama could have been, but hoping you find it soon!
