Why not adding Pakistani drama here?

As much as I know it's a place for Asian drama but sadly in country option there's no Pakistan even though they also got rich amount of dramas with a good quality. 

I would like to know the reason or so (from admin or moderators or editor) and if there's any way to add the dramas. 

Or the reason to not to add Pakistani dramas up here?

No, this is a space for dramas from countries selected by the admin. They have only mentioned that they have added East Asian countries so far, but they are open to considering other countries. However, the final decision will be theirs.
