Second Lead Syndrome

Hey, everybody !

I usually have a second lead syndrome but I do not remember If There is some drama that the female lead ends with the second lead. Any sugestions ?

- Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart (not really, but the female lead ends up with a guy who isn't the lead)

Definitely agree with Dream High.

I wouldn't necessarily call these guys SLs (more like MLs who arrive in the romantic storyline second but take the lead), but in these dramas the FL starts out with one romantic interest (she has a crush on him, she's carrying his child, they're engaged, or something to that effect) who may or may not be a main character, but she falls in love with / ends up with the male lead later on:

Sound of the Desert
Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo
Another Miss Oh
The King's Woman
Coffee Prince

and sort of also:

Imperial Doctress
Empress Ki
The King in Love

If you can stand the whole makjang (soap opera) genre you might find some

Passionate Love (2013) comes to mind though technically the male is the primary lead. We are talking about the female character with the most screen time though and the male leads love for almost the entire show. But yeah it's a soap opera so things get a lot crazy.
