Is it me or is the majority on this site Female user ?

I had a feeling that there were more women but I didn't realize it was that skewed. 

I mainly watch J-dramas and I think the distribution there is somewhat more equitable. This is just a hunch, I may be wrong. 

I also think that jdramas are more directed at males (as well as anime and manga) or they are more neutral. Kdramas are more for women. But it doesn't matter. If it is good story and done well, I can watch anything. 

I now watch 2 types of dramas/movies:

1) Those with one of my favourite actresses from my TOP 10 list.

2) Something new that looks good. If the FL there is likable, I add that actress to my other favourite lists (or top 10) and I will look at her other works later. 

I mostly watch type 1 and only few of type 2. :)
