Anime Suggestions please!

i dont watch many anime (im more of a manga guy) but id recemmond Psyco Pass and Stein Gate (coincidentally both are sci-fi, mystery, some frindeship and tiny bit of romance).

maybe also Hyouka (highschool, mystery, romance, friendship)

you might also want to check Let Me Eat Your Pancreas (tho i havent watch), i really the movie version of it.

She has lost her arms in a battle defending her major.  They have been replaced with mechanical ones. 

The series describes her efforts to understand emotions and, in particular, to know the meaning of the last words her major spkoke to her, “I love you”.
