KARA and Kim Jaejoong Prove Popularity in Japan… Rank High in 2011 Hot Topics Ranking

JYJ’s Jaejoong, girl group KARA, and idol TVXQ has ranked high on the category of Enertainerson the 2011 Hot Topic Rankings released in Japan and so proved their popularity.

Japan’s Impress Watch announced rankings in twelve categories, e.g., often-used words among Japanese Twitter sers, hash tags, celebrities and such on the 14th, borrowing from the analysis from Big Robe.

Among these, JYJ’s Jaejoong ranked 2nd in the Celebrities category, following Japan’s popular idol AKB48. When accounting for the fact that AKB48 is receiving a popularity that is close to a syndrome in Japan, Jaejoong’s feat is to the degree of shock/surprise.

Continuing, TVXQ ranked 4th and the girl group KARA ranked 5th.

On April 19th, the day on which Jaejoong was most talked about on Twitter, Jaejoong had appeared in Aiko’s You that I Want to Meet which is a corner in Mezamashi, a morning total entertainment news program of Japan’s Fuji TV. KARA became a hot potato when the problem of the termination of its exclusive contract with management company arose.

The duration of record was January 2011, 4pm to November 1, 4pm. 6,849,886,070 tweets were subjects of the analysis.

A photo still of actor No Min Woo and actress Hwang Jung Eum posing as their ‘Full House 2‘ characters is gaining interest.

On November 15th, an online community posted the topic, ‘Drama ‘Full House 2′ Three Main Characters‘, with the photo.

No Min Woo, Hwang Jung Eum, and Park Ki Woong are sitting on the bench with various poses. While the two men pose in a laidback manner, Hwang Jung Eum’s bright red sweater and curly hairstyle is drawing much laughter from netizens, who are her to the horror movie character, Chucky, in ‘Child’s Play‘.

Netizens replied with, “Is this Full House 2? Isn’t this ‘Child’s Play’?“and, “Why is she wearing that kind of sweater…”

‘Full House 2′ will be broadcast in March.

^^That picture looks so strange to me.^^ and my first thought was why would Hwang Jung Eum and No Min woo, for that matter, sign on to a remake of this ..admittedly popular..show? I mean re-makes often tank and a lot of people tend to be loyal to the original version of things...right? And most importantly...these two actors are really on fire right now. Not to mention that Park Ki Woong has really picked some GREAT roles to play. From A Man's Story to Chuno..I really respect an actor who clearly picks roles for the way the character is written rather than the fame...and he seems to do that! So...why am I rambling about this? My POINT is...If these three actors, who are very good actors, said yes to this remake drama then I have to really wonder if the script was actually GOOD and they saw something in this that made them accept this project???

No Min Woo is yet to impress me with his acting skills..he sucked in both MGIAG and Midas lol..he's a pretty boy though ^_^...I liked Hwang Jung Eum in CYHMH and I have no idea whatsoever about the other lead..I don't remember seeing him anywhere...I will still have to watch this remake not because of anything else but simply because I like to watch everything that comes my way lol

as for the clothes and hair...uhm hehehehahahahahahaaa (sorry couldn't help it)....the only one decent enough is the guy i don't know anything about lol

Yeah you're right, he truly has sucked in everything I've seen him, excepting Pasta, he's good in Pasta. And seriously I can't even imagine how they're going to pull it off with Full House 2
