Actor Jo Hyun Jae was recently cast as the lead actor in a Chinese Hunan TV series.

On the 19th, according to Jo’s agency, Jo was cast in the Chinese TV series Rouge Hegemon, which will air in February of next year.
The series will cost around ten billion won to be made and several famous Chinese production crew members were gathered to make the series.
Chinese actress Yangtze will play the lead role and Dany Lee will appear on the series as well.
The production company for the series said, “Jo is very popular among Chinese people who have seen his work online, including the TV series 49 Days and Only You. He has great potential to become a wonderful actor through our series.”
Jo’s agency said, “We decided to appear on the series to be more active in China. Jo started shooting the series in August.”
Jo will return to Korea after he finishes shooting in November.

Super Junior will Release Live Album of ‘SUPER SHOW 3’ on the 24th!

The Live album ‘SUPER JUNIOR THE 3rd ASIA TOUR CONCERT ALBUM ‘SUPER JUNIOR SHOW#3’’, which can vividly feel the fever of Super Junior’s third exclusive concert, will be released on the 24th.

This album is comprised of 2CDs containing the live recording of ‘SUPER JUNIOR THE 3rd Asia TOUR CONCERT ‘SUPER SHOW3’ that was held at the Gymnastic Stadium in Olympic park on August 14th and 15th. This album is expected to have enthusiastic responses from fans who want to be inspired again by the moment.

Moreover, not only the stages of hit songs and tracks of 4th album, but also unit stages of Super Junior-K.R.Y., Super Junior-T, Super Junior-M are included. Heechul changed the lyrics of the song ‘The Way of Idol Breaking up’ by Defconn and sang with f(x) SULLI. It consists of 37 tracks in total. It is good enough to see the various charms of Super Junior.
Especially, Super Junior’s teuroteu unit, Super Junior-T exclusively unveiled the brand new song ‘똑똑똑’ and Donghae and Eunhyuk gave a duet stage for ‘I wanna Love You’. Including ‘Sorry Sorry’ and ‘Don’t Don!’, these 4 songs that were newly arranged for this concert, are re-recorded as a studio version and included as bonus track.

Meanwhile, Super Junior will hold the ‘SUPER JUNIOR WORLD TOUR ‘SUPER SHOW4’’ at the Gymnastic Stadium in Seoul Olympic Park on November 19th and 20th.

Won Bin to make a drama comeback through MBC?

According to recent reports, there’s a possibility that actor Won Bin will return to the small screen next year through an ultra large-scale drama production.

Reportedly, MBC approached Won Bin to take the lead role in a monumental drama. The drama doesn’t have an official title as of yet, but it’s been revealed that it’s a romantic comedy-fantasy series that has a complex storyline revolving around the relationship between North and South Korea. There are elements of politics and diplomacy involved, and of course, a love story between a man and a woman. Supposedly, the drama project will be done on such a tremendous scale that film production alone will take a whole year.

If Won Bin officially accepts a role in this unknown drama, he will be making his first drama comeback in 9 years. The last time fans saw him in a drama was in 2002, when he starred in MBC’s Korea-Japan joint series, ‘Friends‘.
