Help me find this movie

Hi, everyone! So I watched this movie on YouTube a few years back, I can’t remember the name but I know for sure it was a Japanese one. It was a bromance movie, so with two guy friends that are close. One of the guys is suicidal and the other guy comes to him and convinced him not to kill himself before he jumps off a building. It’s eventually found out that the guy is actually a ghost. Does anyone know what this movie is?
