I still haven't watched one, but I'd like to know yours. So, if you have watched Japanese historical dramas, post your favorite(s) here. For the Favorite Historical Kdrama thread click here.
Jin Series is that count?
Yeah, it does. At least, for me it does.
Gou~Himetachi no Sengoku!!I really can only recommend it^^
Just started my first one ever. Taira no Kiyomori.
JIN I don't think I saw anything else anyway ^^
Mhm good Taigas are really rare usually:) But "The Tempest" and "Atsu Hime" were really good too~ :)
I dont think i've seen very many but JIN was beyond epic
When everyone is praising Jin then it really may be good:) Actually I didn´t get interested in it after seeing the plot(and it´s very important to me usually) but now~
Have't seen many historical dramas but JIN was great:)
Gou~Himetachi no sengoku~ was nice, really pretty except the story kinda went haywire towards the end. But I really love the Hidetada/Gou pairing in jidaigeki in general, so I'd recommend Aoi Tokugawa Sandai.

I have never heard of Aoi Tokugawa Sandai before....
