In all honesty, I just breezed through twenty episodes today following all themes. It;s a pretty good show all in all, I do want to know whatr happens next and I actually like all the brothers and all their stories, beginning from awkward scenes with Tae Bum and Team Leader. I lke them too much as I like the eldest brother.

ooowhh owwhhh Star !!!!!
>>I was not expecting that! what a change from the start of the series eh?! go mum!!!! I think it's so cool she's totally for Ja Eun.
I wonder what preseident Kim will do with that info! dun dun dun!
and Soo Young! (although I thought it'd take summut like that for her to come back to calling on Tae Bum)
and Tae Pil was so sweet in that ep.
all in all, stonking ep!

Yes, it was very unexpected, indeed. I wouldn't imagine this situation even in my dreams LOL Cause usually in dramas you know what attitude the family have towards the girl/guy although she/he hasn't done anything wrong. It totally amazed me. :)
can't WAIT for #46!
Exactly! I hope it will be subbed very soon :D
I have blazed through this drama like the kdrama addict I am. I'm already on 24. It's very very good.

Off work with a cold abs medear! that is the only way I could have pulled that off on a Tuesday! lol
boo hiss @ the cold YaY @ the dramathon !! glad your still enjoying it ^^
I feel so sorry for Soo Young. My heart breaks for her and right now Tae Bum is on my shite list. and Spoiler Jae Un us about to find out what Ahjumma did with the contract. She is going to tell her soon. oh noes! End.
owh owh owh!
tae bum >>spoiler>> is a git for leaving the pic of his ex laying around, but, I dunno - is SY expecting too much? he's just a guy that got a girl preggies after a one night stand - when he was drunk. if it were me, i'd expect very little from him - sucks for her that she's had a torch for him all these years - but that aint his fault. . that's just my opinion tho.
owh, owh, tae hee >>spoiler>> and Ja Eun - how adorable was the pear harvest bit of him getting all jealous when she's laughing with TP !! bless. you got past the ramen in supermarket?? AWHHHHHHH. and i'm done ^^

which is your fave couple overall ? TB/YS?

Definitely Tae Hee and Ja Eun. I think after this episode's kerfuffle I'm going to get to some good bits with them and their budding romance. I'm excited! I love Tae Hee...he's such a tough guy/little boy lost. I'm a sucker for that.
Well, I've finally had my epiphany. I understand now why I never watch a drama past 30 episodes. The epiphany is: Because how much crazy can one family go through!? The Hwang family is just one screw up, problem, misunderstanding and crazy mishap after the other! LMAO... But I LOVE THIS SHOW~

I haven't quite put my finger on it's charm: eye candy? yes there is plenty. Great acting? Yes..lots of that too. Sweet love story set among the angst? Yup..a really sweet one. So here I am at 31 episodes and still going. But let me just be Korean for a moment and tell you I have now dubbed them the Unlucky Hwangs. (I say that very lovingly)
I love this show. I don't normally watch family dramas because of the length of most shows, but I was bored and decided to give this one a try sometime around December of last year. Three days afterward and I finished every episode that was already shown. Now I'm watching Ojakgyo live despite the fact that I continually lose sleep every weekend over it. It's such a fun and heartwarming show to watch--even if there's a lot of conflicts in every corner, the family's close ties (as well as the comedy and romance) make up for it.

As for my favorite couple, it changes--most of the time it's Tae Hee and Ja Eun, but it can go from that to, say, Grandma and Guksu, who are adorable together. What I like about OB is that the relationships I like aren't restricted to the romantic kind. I think my most favorite scenes are the ones where the brothers get together at a pojangmacha and talk about their dilemmas and help solve each other's problems, or maybe even Ja Eun and Mom's mother-daughter scenes. While I love the romance in every episode, there's a lot more to the story than just that.
ep 46 . . . >sniff< anyone else seen it yet???
