Boong-Do~~~ *sigh* Don't even compare...
VioletSakura wrote: Omo~~~ that's a hell of a thinking!!! And I was still curious what she'd read there, though I still don't understand why Lee Kak did't go the library or search the internet for history...

Because Lee Gak is NOT *Boong Do.* :p

Ah, you had said it already. High 5! lol

RainFlower wrote: Lee Gak/Crown Prince went back to Joseon times & stayed there alone as Bu Yong died & crown princess was exiled.

Tae Yong meanwhile has awoken from his coma & meets up with Pak Ha in modern times ....presumably as he is a reincarnation of Lee Gak he feels a strong pull towards Pak Ha/maybe even retains some memories....

I guess this was the writers way of trying to give the viewers a happy ending which wasn't really possible as the 2 people who met & fell in love with EACH OTHER were Pak Ha & Lee Gak but at the end of the drama they were separated by 300 years so next best thing Tae Yong & Pak Ha end up together.

That's the way I understood it too.
Gotta love a smart man :)

Smart men lovers~ *joining-joining*
At the end of this Drama we still have so many Q with different answers BUT i did like this Drama very much and it’s already in my favorite list of Drama and Micky Yoochun on my favorite’s actor list,

the end was sweet and sad at the same time, the sad part for Lee Gak who live his life without the woman he love (park he) and the woman he like and love him very much that she lost her life for him (Bu Yong), but Lee Gek is the crown Prince and he need to go back to his life and people and make things write for Bu Yong who he care about her,

The one thing still makes me thinking, what Pak Ha read in library, she did know from the binging that Bu Yong dies not the crown princess, but the thing is why she did not tell LeeGek about it? And why LeeGek did not go to the library to read the history or the royal family don’t read history, “medical book” only!!!!!!
From what I see at the end both Lee Gek and Tae Yong have same appearance and same soul which could happen after 300 years of generation,

What make this write the last scene between them when first they easily have conversation depend they never talk, and he say I have been waiting too long? (300 years) where you been?

This drama took a great place on 2012 calendar and it will remain best romance fantasy Drama I ever watch, all of the cast was great even Se Na and Tae Moo with their evil act,
Since we hate them too much that mean they did agood job, and I did like the Jonson end butter because of the head cut.

From friend of mine :
wrote: The Ending was so BEAUTIFUL or rather WONDERFUL^^… Rooftop Prince is the BEST even up to the last episode FULL OF MIXED EMOTIONS (intense, laugh, shock, cry and most of all fall in love)… EVEN 300 YEARS WILL PASS, WE WILL STILL LOVE ROOFTOP PRINCE^^….
After some days of light thinking I have come to a grave conclusion... Please, correct me if I'm wrong ^^
Facts:
1. 1st episode: we find out that the persimmons were poisoned
2. 1st episode: we DON'T know who eat them... but did ANYBODY think that from the room 2 people knew who eat them (it's LeeKak and the Queen, as we still hypothetically don't know that BooYong was also there at that time)?
3. 20th episode: we know BooYong eat them
4. 20th episode: we know that LeeKak had seen with his OWN eyes BooYong eating the persimmons

Conclusion? Is he a TOTAL IDIOT for NOT realizing that BooYong was the one to die, as she was the one to eat (literally gobble down) all the persimmons from the plate while he was staring at her??? So basically he should have known all this time that the one poisoned was BooYong and not the Queen...or did he NOT remember giving her the reward she asked for for solving the puzzle? We all hear him telling the 3 guys about BooYong's visit that night...
Am I missing something, or did I just discover the detective story here was totally pointless? :p
Whatever it is... I miss it... I enjoyed it in spite of all silly solutions... hihi~

Totally pointless. If only they had said that before I wouldn't have wasted my time (Yes, I know the point was to waste the viewer's time...:p).

VioletSakura wrote: OH, yes, he's not~ don't even dare to compare them from now on :p

True, there's no comparison. To even dare to do such a thing would only be demeaning oorie Boong Do. :p

i'm going to go back and double check, but i'm pretty sure that lee gak hung around for a day or two after the poisioning, so i REALLY dont get how no one noticed that it wasnt the crown princess in the first place. they dont look alike and even if they were frickin twins Bo Yong has a big scar on her cheek and the crown princess does not.

you could walk a circus through that plot hole.

Actually he was there for a whole week, if I remember right, but we can ignore that fact, as I think they were so sure that nobody can wear the Queen's clothes other than the Queen, they didn't even look at her face before wrapping her in clothes and... whatever they did with bodies at that times...
