I am willing to give a 10 when i am really 'moved' with the story of the drama itself. 

When it gives me new life lessons, new perspective of life, when i can be emotionally 'connect' with the characters in it, and lastly when the show is over, i feel like i lost a best friend and think "i have to rewatch this one someday, definitely."
