i think Soo Ha just got hit in the head.
I'm still shipping for Soo Ha and Lawyer Jang.

Yeah most likely...though just hoping for something more shocking than that.

I'm with you on that and probably most people ;). Do not want Lawyer Cha and Lawyer Jang together! He had his chance and kinda blew it imo.
I'm kind of on the the fence for who I'm rooting for. On one hand I think it'd be great if Lawyer Jang went for Soo Ha since he cares so much about her and since he's loved her for so long. On the other hand I don't think I'd be that upset if she chose to go for Lawyer Cha instead since she seemed to really like him before What's really bothering me though is Soo Ha's trial. Why is it that no one asked that old man why he told everyone that Soo Ha was his nephew? Also, why hasn't anyone interrogated the lady that called the police on Soo Ha? How did she even know he was there? Come on drama land, don't leave me with so many plot holes.
Jumping into this thread randomly. I really dislike the whole noona love crap. Im rooting for Lawyer Cha and Lawyer Jang. Soo Ha can be a good boy and love Go Sung Bin, not a woman whos like 10 years older than him.

I've been wondering the same. Especially because Yoo Chang went all the way to find the lady, just to be like ***"Oh yeah she's a woman, she couldn't have been the murderer!" and everyone just went "Oh right!" then, and the lady wasn't important anymore at all. She wasn't even living in the same city as Soo Ha and it was stressed that she lived far away, so how did she know about him? Why not just ask her some more questions when you're there anyway? I didn't mind the amnesia part, but this kind of bothers me because it could save Soo Ha ;_;. *** Ah but tomorrow's finally wednesday *___*

i met my husband when i was only a year older than Soo Ha. he's 12 yrs older than me. we've been together 9 and a half years. sure it's not for everybody, but it works for some people.

I thought the prosecution did, wasn't it because he was old (like 70 something) and had diabetes and had no one to help around? The old lady should be like the first one to suspect, I think that was the biggest plot hole. Just because shes an old lady doesn't mean she could have anything to do with it?

I agree with all of you that the old lady statement should have been tested, but since the trial is now taking the direction of: "we will prove the deceased is not dead", it's not impossible they will go back to her testimony too and find out more about it - for instance, if she has any connection, even indirect, with Joon Gook.

Like someone said before, we'd better not cavil on the legal aspect too much, or we will come up with more questions than answers.
For instance: how can a man who has brutally murdered a father IN FRONT OF HIS CHILD and has attemped to do the same with the child himself be given 10 years in jail and now they are talking about 20 years for So Haa? My country is not famous for its very stern punishments, but even here 10 years would be ridiculous.
2nd: how can there be a prosecution for murder without a dead body?
3rd: how can the defence attorney (in our case, Lawyer Cha), prepare his legal case for suspect murder without knowing anything of the previous case? If you remember, Cha got the trial records on Soo Ha's father murder only after Joon Gook had been acquitted.
4th: How come no medical evidence of Soo Ha's conditions has been submitted? While amnesia can be faked, a brain condition of some sort can't.

And so on...
I'm giving the writer the benefit of the "dramatic license" because despite all the legal intrecacies I'm enjoying the story and the characterization here immensely. :)

i totally agree with u, but im sure she will end with soo haa :P
anyone ever thought that the prosecutor might be the jail-mate's daughter?

Me! I kept thinking about it ever since Do Yeon's father seemed uncomfortable talking about Hwang Dal Joong and recently, when Do Yeon mentioned the left-hand case to her family. How sad it is that he will be released on the reason he had a terminal disease and in addition, if he was the real father of Seo Do Yeon, she didn't even have the chance to know him.

I really, really loved the ending of episode 11.
So... Does it look like she ends up with Yoon Sang Hyun yet? Dammit there's so much hype for this drama, but I refuse to watch it knowing the lead female ends up with a kid.
Didn't her confession seem out of the blue? I was like whoa where did that come from. I think most women would have fought the attraction alot longer :)
