I really hope you're right, the amount of times they get "you're" and "your" wrong is overwhelming.

By the way, the medical stuff is pretty dumb in all KDramas so I wouldn't focus on it...but since I started on it I might as well ...
I'm getting my MD in two years, so I get very irritated when medical shows show something doctors never do. Like doing resuscitation on a person who is alert with eyes open and looking...ahem..at a 30 degree angle to the chest (Yeah, thats going to generate a lot of force...*sarcasm*. Example: Emily Owens MD.) Korean dramas do so many dumb things in medical shows I am probably going to be immune to it soon. Althought I can't say much about the surgeries in this drama because I haven't seen or learned about any yet.
But I feel like if you make a medical show, you should defnitely have an MD to consult so you don't embarass yourself. Which I assume they don't do. So they end up doing stupid things on screen... Like confusing heart attack with cardiac arrest (That happens a LOT)

Can't think of any dumb stuff in the first two episodes yet, but trust me, it will happen. I'm watching this for Joo Won, so I will ignore everything thats going on and just focus on him <3

Finally someone who understands why I avoid medical dramas by any cost. The thought about seeing many medical mistakes in a drama scare me off the most because I am sure that I will focus on them and never on the real plot or the side stories. Even the wrong CPR all over dramaland piss me off the most. Two years ago, I watched a Korean medical drama that I don't even remember its title and after seeing the disaters on the medical level; I promised to not ever watch an Asian medical drama again. Even western medical dramas have their share of mistakes too so I decided not to watch any Medical drama or serie from now on; I am niptick especially when I watch my profession so producers should really consider their professional audience whether it's medicine or anything else.

It hurts me that I am not watching Joo Won and Joo Sang Wook in the same drama but this drama is simply a no for me.

I am glad somebody else noticed that. And I agree it must be in the translation. Have been reading about autism and savant syndrome for a few days now, and most of them talk of 'treatment' not 'cure' since autism and savant syndrome are not diseases. In one article they even say they hone Savant skills and treat the autistic disorder (one of ten auties are savants and are more likely to be male than female).

considering it is far more common for a korean person to learn english than vice versa i'm pretty certain. that being said alot of native english speakers get that wrong.

That's even more sad.
I never thought that this drama would have a great start like that one. I am impatiently waiting for the next episode. Joo Won proves that he's a great actor who can portray any character.

This is when I am proud that I am not in the medical field. You will miss a great drama, Joo Won and Joo Sang Wook :p
I just watched ep 3 and wanted to know if any of you guys know what reflex Si On and Dr. Cha were talking about? The part where Si On says he's not a robot and tells her the baby wants to live?

All I got was palmar grasp reflex but that one has a trigger...

I know that so don't make it worse :p
i'm watching good doctor, master's sun and 2 weeks and so far this one is my favorite at the moment
Well, I still like it and I can't wait for episode 4, but episode 3 was a bit cringey, wasn't it? I wasn't able to watch it without pausing. But maybe that's just my mood today.

It is. The 'hospital politics' was a bit much but the cliffhanger was daebak. KDH is at a dead end on the operating table, and conscious or not, he's been relying on Park Si On for procedures and facts like a medical book. I'm kinda fidgety thinking the whole thing might not end up well for the baby. :(
I have the feeling Park Shi On will say there is a way to save the baby, like he most likely read it like ages ago :P
After four episodes; this drama is still good. I hope it doesn't trip in the middle.
omg the ending of episode 4 what just happened?! that was soo intense!
I want the drama to focus more on Si On. Atm he is like a side character. I want more of him, not just him making mistakes. Still love this drama so far. Everytime they are mean to Si On I get teary eyes. That poor boy not even understanding why they don't like him.
