Empress Ki: This is one of my favourite dramas. Even though the first episodes don't seem that thrilling it gets better and better as it progresses. Plus the female lead is probably one of my favourite leads in general as she is a strong woman, psychically and mentally and she prioritizes her country.
Misty: I also love this series because of the FL. She is a great characters (As you can guess I love strong female leads). The cinematography, the OST, the acting and the plot are great and it is mostly filled with characters that are not perfect, but quite real.
The guest: This is a drama, that you should watch if you are looking for something darker. It has the same vibe as Save me, but at the same time it is not as heavy and repetitive as Save me. I enjoyed it way more.
Six flying dragons: I also love this historical drama. Truth is that I didn't really get into the story until maybe episode 10 or so. There are many characters (typical characteristic of a historical drama) and it may get confusing at first, but overall it is great. Fantastic OST, great fighting scenes, and Yoo Ah In portrays his character perfectly. Moreover, I love searching for the real history after I finish watching a historical drama, and this one had a lot to tell.
The Nokdu flower: This is probably one of the most underrated series I have ever watched that goes hand in hand with Children of Nobody, that didn't get the attention it deserved. It consists of 24 one hour episodes and it is good from the start. What I loved, besides the historical events, is the fact that it is one of the few historical dramas that doesn't deal with the palace and the love story is in the background. This is a story of the people and for the people and it is honestly perfect.
