JGS has great acting potentials but I think he did a bad choice by selecting this type of drama.

remember this is not all his decision, hes under management contract, + he needs to follow and listen to Them. you might think its bad but he is a public figure and you know where the money lies right? [to all screaming fangirling and all bored ahjumma lol] and its only 2 epi out give a man a break.. they need to eat too and pay there bills..

seems mystery and comedy and cheesy lol

i really like that too. after a while virginal saints get boring.
Not only do I find it refreshing to see a character who is full of dirty thoughts and EXPRESSES them, it so damn funny I can't stand it. If you look at every comment about JGS just about everywhere from women from 12 to 80, they are all this way. Why can't the character be? Makes much more sense to me! I can't wait to see what happens when she gets the first kiss from him, that's going to just be a priceless scene. Leaves me to wonder if she'll be the one to take it or not LOL.
I don't know what to think of this drama yet... the comedy scenes are ridiculously funny, but I can't take the sad scenes seriously. I feel as if they are not meshing well in this drama. Probably because the mystery and melo part of this drama has to do with some darn PASSWORD. I'm hoping that password is some document or something because I will not be able to take it seriously if it's a spoken password. How am I gonna take it seriously if it'll feel like the way I always use to annoy my little brother? LOL But I'll continue watching it. I feel that the second episode was better than the first, and hopefully it follows that improvement pattern the whole time (plus the cast is awesome).
If I am watching this then for cheesy purposes only. Something pretty, fluffy and cute.
I wasn't planning on watching this but, is it really that funny?

its not "that" funny lol its just very cheesy funny, which is just the type i like.
I really liked the first two episodes. Like others, I love that the Bo Tong character is pervy. I don't think that it's a slight on her character to be that way. I actually enjoy that because it's much more real than the "pure" and "innocent," I-have-to-cover-my-eyes types that we see often in dramaland. I know a lot of people were saying crap about IU's styling. It may be a little out there, but as a person who also mixes prints, I'm glad to see it. I don't think it's that unfashionable either. (I really want that hamburger sweatshirt). Finally, something I noticed were the inordinate amount of comments saying that a woman of 26 clearly has no life if she still lives with her family and doesn't have a significant other. I take a lot of offense to that being that I am 26 and I still live with my family and have no significant other. Of course, I do a lot more than the show has given us about Bo Tong, but the assumption that because a woman is THAT old and so unfulfilled is very tacky in my opinion.
yea, i dont think it's wierd that she lives at home at her age either. it's perfectly normal in korea. the repulic of south korea is is about 20,000 square miles SMALLER than the State of Georgia (us) the state of Ga. has a population of just under 10 million. South korea has a population of nearly fifty million, all packed into a significantly smaller space. real estate is expensive. in korea it's not unusual for children to live int he same house as thier parents until they are married or even after. i'm not bothered by her fashion. it's a welcome change from all the bag ladies we see.
i dont think there is anything wrong with IU's style at all, i think it fits her role really well plus it matches the cheezy flow of the drama :) where are you guys seeing the comments about her having no life? In the eye of some it can seem like she got no life, but its not because she lives with her parents and dont have a partner, i think its more because she doesnt really have a job?
Oh Cheer, why did you make this thread? Are you thinking of watching it? I thought you retired from romantic comedies!

I saw that comment in the viki comments. The comment also stated her lack of job, but I was a bit upset about the other parts as well. If the comment had been solely about her lack of job, I might have understood a bit more. However, she does have a job, so that should be moot too. She works for a restaurant, if I remember correctly?

i dont think its considered a job, i think she is just helping people out and getting paid here and there. If she had a job she wouldnt had so much time on her hand lol
i disable my viki comments since they annoy me :x
what do you guys think about IU's acting?

Naah, don't worry I am totally not going to watch this. I just made the thread for those who want to discuss the drama; it's as simple as that.
After episode 4, I'm really liking David. Might get a second male lead syndrome~ But isn't he sneaky... Asking someone to live with you, just like that. :D Also happy that Electric Fairy is not just a comedic relief. And IU is doing a good job. No complaints from here!
