Can someone tell me if this action kdrama has a compelte story?

I am probably too late but I would say it has open ending but more towards happy ending. like vagabond they are separated but in last few seconds they show them meeting again and smiling at each other. so I would say it does have a closure but not satisfying because it was done at the very end.
