[Discussion] Mate (Korean Indie Band)

Hey everyone... this is just an indie band called Mate. A band that is not-so in the top charts:/ so not many people are really familiar with it.
If you guys heard of Lee Hyun Jae - the drummer in Shut Up Flower Band(KDrama), he's the drummer here as well.
Their music is absolutely worth listening.

Ahh, I'm going crazy.. Is anyone able to find something like a official homepage? I can't find anything, Mate isn't a really rare word.

Try to type in "Korean band "Mate"", that usually works. Also their movie Play is out on drama wiki and in eng sub too heck yeah <3

I just saw them in the movie Play...so I guess it was supposed to be a true story or something....anyway check out the movie I really liked the song at the end that they played when they busked in the lobby of someone else' concert.

MATE

A Korean indie band that not only makes indierock music, but shares a lot of heartwarming ballad songs. This three member band started with a debut album in 2009 called "Be Mate".

After watching the movie, this band got on my indielist right away.
I don't know if their has been made a thread about this band, but I thought there may be some fans here. Or people who are interested in indie music as well.
