Has anyone seen episode 9 of season 3? I just watched it. When the episode ended I sat in front of my computer and just stared at the screen. Seriously, did that episode really happen? This is just too crazy.

That was exactly my raction. I had to watch it again yesterday. I should watch it again tonight.
LisNoir wrote: Yep, the dwarf. I love him too, he keeps me guessing. He does one thing one day, but his face says another and it's all premeditated. And Arya, I love her. These two are my favorite characters from both seasons.

Well, she (the queen) was needy enough to commit incest. I guess, she's a pitiful character, but now look what her wonderful son is doing. I hope he gets killed soon. Although, it probably won't happen. -_-;.

Yep, Greyjoy is Robb's friend who I guess it's supposed to be a slave, but he gets treated better than Jon Snow sometimes.

I like Snow too. I wonder what's going to happen with him now....lol

And you'll dislike C. Stark even more when you see what she does in Ep. 08 of S2. I wanted to go through the screen and hurt her...really hurt her. Stupid, stupid woman.

Ah! Bran, you have to love that boy. He's also strong in his own way. I mean, he *freaking survived that fall! . *

I like dragon girl too. I forget her name...lol She's a survivor. She *outlived her abusive pompous brother, who wasn't the dragon...it was her all along. She outlive her husband, and a fire and made dragons return..* I think she gets a bit neglected in S02, unless....I won't say more.

Another character I don't like it's Sansa (?) Stark. Oy! this girl...

Tyrion, The Imp as he likes to call himself, is awesome!! I love him and I love what he stands for. The underdog and knowing your true self.

Arya can be a bit foolhardy sometimes but she has heart. She's a child and still thinks as a child. Even thought this is a smart child.

Cersei is a bad word. Through and trough and trough.

Theon Greyjoy is a product of his environment. Poor boy. He is a Stark ward, not actually a child of the family but treated better than Snow, The bastard. He doesn't quite understand why he was taken from his family but treated so nice. He does what he does because he is still a child as well. While these are all excuses. He knows right from wrong and should make better decisions.

Jon Snow is an awesome person. I totally love him and he's not hard to look at. He's had to endure a lot. Not knowing who his mother is and dealing with Lady Stark's inablilty to deal with the fact that her husband stepped out on her and father's him. That has got to be hard as hell for her and for him.

I've never disliked Catelyn Stark. I totally understand her actions even if I don't agree with them.
Brandon is cute. So sorry that Jerkwad Jaime pushed him from the window.

Danyrys, Mother of Dragons, Dany!!! I love her. She just keeps getting better and better and better!!!!!

I feel Sorry for Sansa. Poor thing has to marry Joffery, then not marry Joffery then ends up married to the Imp. Poor poor Sansa.

I don't wanna watch it coz I know exactly what's gonna happen
And I don't want to see it :x
The show cuts out a lot from the books (by necessity since the books are so long). There hadn't been too many major departures from the books though until season 3. Season 3 has done several things that are quite different from Storm of Swords, most of which I haven't cared for. The show is great taken as a show, but I have finally learned that I can't look at it as a representation of the books; they are 2 separate things, both good, but different. I prefer the books, but I'm a book person.
I think season 3 has been the most divergent from the books! I haven't watched The Red Wedding yet, cause I know it's going to be so horrific. I can't imagine watching the show and not knowing that was coming. I will say that in the books, it wasn't as traumatic for me, just because I didn't care about the characters it happened to. In the show, they have made the guy it involved a much bigger and more important character, and he is dearer to my heart than in the books.
I don't know if it's spoilers or not but can someone tell me the major differences between books and show on season 3? I have the books but I had not tread the third yet and I love the show.
There are a lot of differences! And they would definitely be spoilers, so instead here is a wikia link that lists them all!

LOL i shocked too
Thanks you so much for not spoiling the book for me. I've seen this season so far but I've not gotten to the book yet. Thanks again!! I will be looking for the differences. I'm used to movies and shows adapted from books to not be the same.
Allyson, Are you talking about Robb Stark?
Thanks for not listing them.
The books are different from the show? I don't know why that surprises me but for some reason I expected the show to closely mimic the books. I'm still crossing my fingers and hoping that the Queen of Dragons will get her crown back. I'm read for Joffrey to die. He's such a coward. It's time for him to go. The Queen of Dragons would make a much better ruler

Also, does anyone know what's going on with Theon Greyson? * This whole thing with him getting captured and tortured seems so random to me. Who are his captors?! I mean I know he was wrong for betraying the Starks but is that the reason why he's being tortured?*

Can't wait to see what happens in the next episode. I want to know how they're going to continue the story after killing off 2 of the major characters.
After the recent deaths, I have become unreasonably worried about the littlest Stark and his Shaggydog...am I the only one?
