There is not any other military drama like this, I also searched it but can't find it. But if you like military and doctor type drama then I suggested Descended of the sun drama.

Military? yeah i can suggest these but its not pretty much like that

• Arsenal Military Academy- It is a chinese show. Shows a life of a girl who made her hair like the boys, And then in some episodes they find out they fall in love.
• Hot Blooded Youth
• Descendants of the sun.

King 2 Hearts(korean) and My dear Guardian(chinese) are also nice if you are into military dramas
