What drama is this

I only remember this scene but it was very funny.

This girl who I think was the male leads little sister had to apologize to someone (might have mean the main female lead)  because the male lead made her apologize  she said “I am sorry” in English and then he taped her on the head and said “no say sorry in our language!”
