Male Leads Who Were Abandoned/Left By Parents

So a while back, I watched "Game Sanaeha," and the one thing I liked about it was how the ML was a character that never really dealt with his mother abandoning him until later. So I guess I'm looking for romance dramas with a male lead left by his parent(s), and he is looked down on by society.

Vincenzo - ML was abandoned by his parents.  He was raised by a Mafia boss in Italy, then returns to Korea.  It's not exactly a romance, but has a lot of building romantic tension.  Action, lots of physical comedy, quirky community.  An engaging, fun watch.
