Cruel City - Ml is the leader of a crime/drug ring. Though is actually an undercover cop so isn't actually evil. But that isn't revealed until much much later in the drama.
Flower of Evil Ml is a psychopath. At least he himself believes he is. But most likely just manipulated into thinking so.
I Picked Up a Star on the Road - Fl tries to kill someone. Realizes she tried to kill the wrong person, and brings the body home with her only to find out he is still alive. Keeps him locked up in her apartment so he can't tell the police about her crime.
Moon Lovers - Ml is a bad person but tries to be good for his love. His bad deeds include: Cutting the head of a horse. Killing people indiscriminately if it means getting what he wants or protecting those he loves.
My Name - Ml is the leader of a crime/drug syndicate.
Secret - Though we're not supposed to think he's evil. He does spend many years torturing a woman because he believes she was the perpetrator of a hit and run.
One and Only - Ml is a serial killer.
King's Woman - Highly narcissistic and manipulative ml, who is also a terribly monarch.
Not evil, but has done evil things:
Lie After Lie - Fl manipulates a man into falling in love with her so she can get what she wants.
Psychopath Diary - Ml gets amnesia and reads a diary he believes to be his own. The diary details the gruesome murders of several different people. Ml believes he is a psychopath. During the time that he thinks he's a psychopath he tries to kill people many different times. He would have gone through with it if not for other people constantly intervening (plot convenience lol).
That Winter the Wind Blows - Ml tries to con the fl by tricking her into believing that he is her long lost brother.
Innocent Man- Ml manipulates the fl in order to get revenge on a different woman.
Loving Never Forgetting - Ml is highly manipulative. He has a child with fl, and takes custody away from the fl. Not because she is an incompetent mother, but because he is rich and can afford better lawyers.
Well Intended Love - The ml tricks the fl into believing that she has cancer, and that he is the only available donor. He does this so that he can force her into a marriage with him.
