Suicidal characters

Since I'm in a mood to make to torture myself and cry please rec me some dramas that have/ focus on characters that are suicidal or consider their life worthless. They may or may not actually do the act, the point is for them to seriously want to finish with their life - by taking direct action or just putting themself in life-threatening situation with hope they die or even just disregarding their life completely. Characters that value their life but sacrifice (intend to) their life for some other important goal DO NOT fit this request.

Also if it's historical/costume drama it would be bonus.

The first thing to come to mind is Tomorrow, which is about a group of grim reapers who help save suicidal people. Mystic Pop Up Bar and Hotel de Luna are similar to Tomorrow, with supernatural entities helping out the dead or emotionally vulnerable. Though I'm not sure any of those are really what you are looking for.

The Chinese movie Better Days comes to mind as a tearjerker but it's more about school bullying

The currently airing "Bokura no Micro na Shuumatsu" involves suicides.

"Tomorrow" as mentioned above, with a supernatural element.

Are you interested in dramas solely focused on the suicidal character, or with suicide as an element? I've watched several where suicide has been attempted, successful or is the trigger for the storyline, e.g. "My Strange Hero" and "Revenge of Others".

Somehow 18 - It's a short k-drama where the ML goes back in time to try to stop the FL from killing herself.

Psychopath Diary - timid bullied office worker decides to commit suicide. While about to die in an abandoned building, he sees a murder taking place. Instinct kicks in, he runs and is injured, hurting his head and bringing on partial amnesia. He finds the murderer's diary and thinks that it is his own, that he is the psychopath. This gives him all sorts of self confidence.

And of course the diary's real owner wants it back.

Our D-Day-ML
Definitely Not Today- ML plans suicide and things go wrong on the day he finally decides to do it
Alice, the Final Weapon-ML
If You Wish Upon Me-ML pretty much gave up after after gaining his freedom from prison only to find out his dog is terminally ill.
Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist- ML & FL both attempt suicide in the beginning. This is about healing and helping others.
Lost-FL
The Third Charm- FL only in the latter half after a tragedy occurs
Tomorrow-Multiple characters every episode
Sweet Home-ML was bullied but also lost entire family in a car accident.
Shards of Her-FL had a downward spiral after an assualt

Thank you! I actually watched If You Wish Upon Me , although I didn't finish it I really liked what I've seen. I may try some of the other recs though :)
