This is a tough one. 

1. No guests: Ep 38, Ep 60, Ep 178, Ep 329, Ep 456, Ep 505 (pretty much any though because they're really entertaining episodes) 

2. With guests: Ep 4/5, Ep 20, Ep 52, 96, 304, 388, 503

There's a lot more episodes, and I haven't included current ones either. I'll edit my post again later with more.

There are some guests that come a lot that RM fans like watching from, and you can check out the episodes they guest on too.

Fan favorite guests: Kan Han Na, Lee Da Hee, Park Ji Sung, and Choi Min Soo

honestly I don't remember every episode but I really liked episode 155, I even always get goosebumps every time I re-watch the episode.

episode 543 includes being what I like right now, the theme given is very interesting and makes me want to participate.
