Add Vietnam to the Database next

I really wish Vietnam was on there. I was gonna watch a bl called Tien Romance only to find out I couldn't keep it updated on MDL

I would absolutely love this idea! I just realized these last two weeks how much I need Vietnam in the database!!!!! I'm finding a few Vietnam BL I want to keep track of. Please add!!!!!!

I'm keeping it on hold for now because the admins will probably open the poll when they decide to add a new country to the database (like they did the last time), so I think it's pointless to vote now.
