Add a Spoiler tag for articles

Please make a Spoiler tag for articles just like they have on MAL: https://myanimelist.net/featured

Also, the current article tags are useless, it would be nice if we could click on them.

I agree with this too. And I don't believe it is hard to implement. Just have a checkbox for the write/editors to tick in case there are spoilers and the tag then appears.
