Issues with App Notifications

I've been getting double notifications for every single thing for the past 2 weeks or so and assumed it was just a bug and it would eventually go back to normal although it was getting quite annoying. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice and I'm now getting no pop up notifications whatsoever lol. I went into my app settings and made sure everything was ticked for notifications as well. 

Edit: seems to have been resolved as I'm now getting notifications like normal
