Votes for Suggestions?

I saw that there is a Suggestions forum and people seems to be able to vote on it. I'm wondering how can I vote on it too? Thanks. :)

There are white boxes that have the word "Vote" written inside them, they are found next to the suggestion title. When you click on it, you will have the option of either giving 1, 2, or 3 votes. Each suggestion can have a maximum of 3 votes, and you have only 20 votes, so distribute them wisely. When the suggestion you voted for is closed or implemented, your votes are automatically returned to you.

Thanks for your reply! but when I go into Suggestions, it says I have 0 votes remaining...which is odd because I've never voted on there before.

It does not depend on edits ATM and it gives out randomly when logged to the site.

No, it is random but if you log in to the site daily then you should get it.
