I don't know if this technically falls under the purview of this thread since the comments aren't on the forums and the user doesn't seem to be a bot, but I used the report function on each of these comments over two weeks ago and nothing's been done so far. They're all by the same person on the page for the movie High Heel, and they all break the site rules by being transphobic, offensive, and wildly inaccurate.

Given the user appears to return to the site every few weeks to drop more hateful comments on this movie's page, if it's possible I'd also appreciate if the people in charge would consider disabling the user's ability to leave comments, deleting their account, and/or banning their IP address.
