My Setting Site is bugging!?

When I open my settings it won't stop loading. So I am not able to change things like my profile picture. I tried to let it load but even after 4 hours nothing happened. It was still the same loading circle/ screen. 

Has anyone a solution or knows why it is doing that?

Yes I tried. I'm using Internet Explorer

I couldn't find the actual version. But I just logged out and logged in again. I'm gonna try it with another browser now tho.
